This Put-in-Bay vacation home has three bedrooms and two baths, with sleeping for up to eight guests. Pull right in your driveway with space for two cars and you be prepared for a great stay. The main entrance has a convenient coded electronic door lock that makes it easy for you and your guests to gain access. Step inside and there is a washer and dryer. The back of the home has a kitchen complete with dishes, pans and such. A dining area is off of the kitchen, with ample natural light coming through the windows and sliding glass doors. The living room has a flat-screen television with DirecTV. There is an outdoor deck off of the living space through two sliding glass doors. A propane grill is provided. The Island Club at Put-in-Bay is the ideal place to stay during your next trip to the Bay. The comforts of home can be yours while you are on vacation. Get the space and solace you need for your group and put an island in your life soon!
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. Excellent Host

My family and I went on a mini vacation to Put-in-Bay. The vacation rental was clean and much more family friendly than the downtown hotels.

Great house

This was a great house for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). Two couples shared a room. The bedrooms are fairly small but the open living space allowed our group to hang out together. We didnt spend a ton of time at the house because we were out exploring the island but it was a great stay and is very close to the pool.

Great family Location

Great place.

Great stay overall, had to wait a while for golf cart keys, I would suggest doing an online waiver to help expedite that process and then leave the keys in the house. But other than that no complaints.

Glad your stay was great despite the wait on the golf carts. I know our staff gets crazy busy once 4PM hits, especially on the weekends with trying to get over 100 golf carts to each unit. Girls trip

We had a blast. Will definitely be back !! Good location and plenty of room and space for us all. We got there early and they let us check in early so that was great Only complaint was our feet were black from the floor. So we had to wear our flip flops or socks all the time but other than that the rest of the place was clean.

Need some improvements

The back door does not lock and stays open 24/7. I had to pay additional 100 for linens and sheets but there werent any there upon arrival. Had to call to get them delivered and we all had to make our own beds.

Regarding linens, we do require guests to either bring their own or rent them through us for two important reasons. First, Put-in-Bay has a very small water treatment facility, and it cannot support the high volume of laundering needed during the busy tourism season. To help preserve our limited water resources and ensure reliable water pressure for the island community, we send all linens to the mainland for professional laundering. Second, for sanitation and guest safety, all rented linens are individually bagged. This is why guests make their own beds—we want to ensure your linens are fresh, clean, and untouched. We also kindly ask that guests only open and use what they need and leave any unused linens in their original packaging. As for the back deck door, each unit is equipped with a safety stick/lock designed to be placed at the bottom of the door to keep it securely shut. If that piece was missing during your stay, we would have been happy to bring one over immediately—just give us a quick call and our staff will respond right away. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to the island soon!

Confusing

I don't understand why would be told to bring sheets, towels and it was already provided. Take off the sheets and put our own? use their towels or put them away and use our own? The cabin needs some TLC looked like the worst one on the property, had to ask for a grill and it was dirty. None of the bedroom light switches worked.

As for the condition of the cabin, the issues you mentioned—such as the grill, light switches, and overall upkeep—have been reported to our on-island management team, and they are actively working on them now. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have done everything possible to relocate you to a more suitable cabin and improve your experience on the spot. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend here at Island Club rentals! The house was in good shape, but the house was in the process of getting renovated. My only concerns were that I almost got locked in the bathroom because of a faulty door knob and the back sliding door did not lock so a block of wood was placed as a door stopper that wasn't long enough. But overall a good experience!

We lost power for about 3 hours the same day we got there. The bathroom didn’t have a mirror so that was depressing. The microwave didn’t work. All the workers hardly spoke English. Had a fun trip because of the people but things could’ve been so much better there.

Thanks for the feedback Caitlin! We're sorry all of that happened. We couldn't control the power going out because someone ran into a Pole on Put-In-Bay Road, which caused a power outage for all of our units for about 3 hours. We wish you would have called about the microwave though, and we I will definitely let the Island Manager know along with adding a mirror in the bathroom. As far as our employees, they come from overseas to help us clean our houses, and most of them do not speak English. However, our main staff all speaks English and just by giving us a call, we could have sent someone over to you right away! We are still happy to hear that your trip was fun though!

Cute separate house!

Had enough beds and rooms to have some privacy and two bathrooms for ease of use between us all. The place was clean and had plenty of space in the living/dining room for us to eat and hangout. The AC worked wonderfully and had nice bathrooms and kitchen appliances for the vacation to save money on eating at home. We really enjoyed our time and loved having our own house to enjoy some privacy. Even used the pool which was very close to our location. The customer service was great! And the property was exactly as described and in a good spot. We did go out downtown which was a quick ride in our golf cart that we added on through island club as well

Not what we expected...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This picture is not accurate, our cabin was under construction. Our shower and mattress were dirty. Under beds hadn't been cleaned...dirty! There were chairs used as night stands next to beds, the closet had construction materials in it including paint cans, a shop vac that was dirty. There were no lamps, only old overhead lights/fans in bedrooms and in main bedroom when turned on with fan, it made a noise. In entry, was laundry room, the door was falling off utility room. Living & dining were OK.

Our trip to the Ohio Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good time. Our family made lots of good memories on the island. The first cabin was not private enough or quiet enough. It was directly beside the pool, which was packed with people. We were moved to a different cabin that satisfied us. I was a bit surprised at the condition of the cabin we stayed in. The curtains were a disaster. The first cabin had a terribly beat up refrigerator which made a really bad impression at first. There were no blinds in our cabin, even in the bathroom which made us uncomfortable. The maintenance man had left his bed clothes on the bed and a wet towel. That was sort of gross. Other than that, the outside deck (where we spent the majority of our time) was nice. The staff was AAA rated. They were extremely nice and helpful. Dottie was super.
