Excellent location for long-term

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented B217 for a month. Upon arrival the check in was very convenient.We entered the condo to find that it was not clean. There were several things that were a problem: Microwave - no handle, no light. Stove glass top cracked which did affect heating and cooking. Cookware outdated, no non -stick. Cabinets were chipped. Living room fan was ceased up- did not work. Dryer vent needs clean to the outside , butterfly vent not opening. Bedrooms were good , however, the carpet is outdated and dirty- spots. Guest bedroom mattress not good. The shutter louvers in bedrooms need repaired and cleaned. Lighting thru out the condo needs updated, lamps dirty and dim. Bathrooms were outdated , toilets did not flush correctly. 1800 Atlantic was very nice overall, maintenance of the property was excellent. Great pool and hot tub! Parking spot in garage was a plus.
