Best rental Company ever !!

New home, so expected a few problems, not to be disappointed. Hot water tank improperly installed and blew out thermostat and heating core. Right out and fixed it. Water being new tasted funny and used bottle water and ice.. next thing we had new ice bucket sitting on front porch.. more than enough supplies for our stay. Great company to rent from, we will do it again !! Always in touch..great staff !

This property is falsely advertised as "stunning new construction." It is over 3 years old with noticeable signs of wear to furniture, fixtures and the grounds. Additionally, the property lacked cleanliness throughout. Baseboards and floors had visible dust and dirt buildup. The shower in one of the bathrooms had a curtain, but no liner. The other 2 bathrooms had showers with no shelves although the space for them was present. The property advertises a 2 car garage, but there is a full size ping pong table in the space for the 2nd car. The pool area was large, but there are several pavers that are very lose that we tripped over. Weeds are growing throughout the pavers in the lanai and driveway. Pool noodles that were in the deck box were ripped to half their original size. The grill was dirty and stored with a cover that was torn in multiple places leaving it exposed to the elements resulting in rusting. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the walls appeared to be recently "touched up" with paint of a slightly different color and sheen, but worse than that, was noticeable because the painter literally painted around wall hangings instead of taking the time to remove them and do the job properly. For a 30 day stay, I certainly didn't expect housekeeping services, but I did expect the property to have cleaning supplies so that we could clean the showers/tubs, the kitchen sink, etc. There was nothing. Was also not happy to learn others entered the house while we were out.
