Step inside our beautifully decorated unit boasting quirky decor and three spacious bedrooms, with one and a half baths. Every inch of our property is adorned with attention to detail, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The highlight of our rental is the extremely spacious backyard, providing the perfect setting for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Your safety and experience is our utmost priority. As the owner occupies the duplex, you can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that any concerns will be promptly addressed. Rest assured, we understand the importance of giving our guests the space they need to fully enjoy their stay. The unit comfortably sleeps six guests, although one of the bedrooms is on the smaller side. Regardless, our property is meticulously clean, well-maintained, and complemented by a beautifully landscaped yard.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't bother making the bed after your stay. Leaving it messy is absolutely fine. However, if you'd like to help, remove the pillowcases, sheets and run a “speed wash” cycle.
Leave anything the fridge, you don't have to throw items away. We can leave items for the next guest or donate to our neighbor thats in need. Also, no need to take out the trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes when entering the home. You will see that we keep it extra clean for our guest.
Children must be supervised in the backyard and not go beyond the fenced boundaries. We do not have pickets in the back section of the fence.
No parties/extra guest. Extra guest that arrive that are not accounted for on reservation. We will be charge $75 each additional person w/o approval.

We were impressed with everything about Jason's house - the decorating, the landscaping, the location, the whole shebang. We felt very welcome, and I am glad we chose to stay in East Nashville, as the neighborhood had a very good community vibe. The house was walking distance from a really nice park with a playground for the kids. The house had everything we needed, and I was excited to see there was recycling and reusable grocery bags. There were lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops around, and Jason gave great recommendations. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Nashville, and I would also recommend it to friends.

Stayed with my sister and brother for a middle aged reunion. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The space was perfect for us. Fun decor and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We used the well-stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunches. Loved the proximity to the park for jogging and long walks in the morning, and easy access to all parts of Nashville. Jason was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and attending to small details. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and the host was very accomodating and helpful. We had a time getting into Nashville due to the ice storm but our host guided us in safely. Very grateful for the host and their hospitality, making this a successful vacation despite unprecedented snowy/icey weather. We were able to sled nearby and enjoy the area even though alot of businesses/attractions were closed due to the weather. This vacation brought our family closer together and we are thankful for all the host did to help make that happen. Very fun and enjoyable house.

Has great amenities in the house if you are a family...tons of board games, an arcade, cards, etc. Lastly, home is on a beautiful part of Nashville. Wonderful stay!

This is such a cute and fun house. The decor is AMAZING (even better than it looks in pics). It had all of the top three things I look for in a rental: Great location, extreme cleanliness, and comfy beds. Jason was fabulous with communication and we felt very safe parking along the street and walking our little dog to the nearby park. We will definitely stay here again!

We have been on the road for more than 2 months and have stayed at many VRBO properties. This home is BY FAR the BEST place we have stayed. The host responds right away when there are questions. The property is so clean and the decor perfectly represents the flavor of Nashville. We would absolutely stay here again. An added bonus was the 80s oldschool arcade games. I enjoyed playing Centipede, Pac-man, and Frogger.Highly recommend.

Fun Birthday Getaway

We had a fun weekend getaway trip for my daughter and her best friend. It was a fantastic location; quiet street, great food and coffee shops near by. Jason was amazing with recommendations and very responsive when needed for questions. This will definitely be our go to place for Nashville!

We loved our 3 night stay and we will absolutely stay here again if in Nashville. Cute decor, clean, and nicely outfitted with kitchen and bath items. Cards, board games, and a nice tv were all welcome features for family time together. We walked the trail at nearby Shelby Park. The location is easy access to all the attractions of Nashville. Good communications with the host, and really appreciated the host notifying use of an item left behind and mailing it to us. Hope you won’t need that service lol.

This was a great place to stay for our group of five plus one dog. Super clean. Interesting and comfortable retro furnishings, and locally-themed decor throughout. The location by Shelby Park was great for us. I was able to drive our dog to the off leash dog park a very short distance away on the day we checked in, and the next morning I took her for a long (leashed) walk straight from the property because the other end of the park is just one block away. One of my sons is an avid disc golfer and there is a good course just 2-3 minutes away by car so that was great for him. The retro arcade game table in the house was a hit for me and my teenage sons. We didn't have a chance to use the backyard because of the rain, but it looked like a great place to chill out. The neighborhood was very quiet, and there was more than adequate on street parking directly in front of the property for the two vehicles we had with us. Jason was an excellent and thoughtful host. He was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and he offered numerous recommendations for food and activities; we took one of his recommendations for dinner, and another for coffee and pastries in the morning, and both were big hits with the entire group. He also left extra towels just inside the front door because of the rainy weather forecast. Long story short, this was a great place for our group, and we will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are passing through town.
