Superb location in East Nash. Easy Uber ride to the city. Nice shops, cafes, reatauranrs nearby.

Cozy house. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Excellent location

Visiting from the PNW for my birthday. Came to see a concert at Nissan Stadium and experience downtown Nashville. Soaked it all in during our 4 days. Only advice is if you ise Uber to get around, be picky with drivers and where to get dropped off. Had a couple issues with drivers that did not know town very well and a couple more that cancelled on us when we were on a tight schedule. Otherwise, this location and cottage was perfect for our needs.

Perfect East Nashville stay

We had everything we needed in this adorable East Nashville bungalow during our visit back to our old home city! The location cannot be beat and we appreciated all the not-so-little things that are so often missing from rental homes… like incredibly fluffy towels, comfy beds, and soap and shampoo for our stay. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Kind and Concerned host

First, thank you to the host for checking in with us because of the inclement weather. You don’t get that from a corporate hotel. Overall the property house and all of the rooms were in great shape. It was all clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The couch and other furniture were adequate too. My wife was happy that the house wasn’t overly fragranced from cleaners which we notice at other places. We didn’t use all of the property’s features such as the deck or backyard but since the place was within close proximity to downtown and the main drag of the neighborhood with it’s coffee shops and restaurants we could do anything we wanted within a short drive or walk.We will be staying here again next time we visit.

Great place with a great owner

When a minor inconvenience came up, I reached out to Gary on the website and he called me less than a minute later and fixed the issue. The house is great and in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Five stars is the max, but I’d give more if I could.

Cute house!

This was a very nice property. It is small, but for just a few nights it was fine. The location is great. The host is very nice. The house was very clean. We loved the record player! We would stay there again.

I had a good stay in Nashville! The home was spotless and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all the downtown Nashville yet quiet and peaceful. Getting around was a breeze with easy access to nearby roads. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and clean place to stay in Nashville!.

Close to downtown. Perfect for girls trip of three. Vintage shops and restaurants nearby. 20ish Uber to Broadway. Owner very responsive and polite. Cute back yard w porch & fire pit. Would stay here again.

Cool, convenient and comfortable.

My partner, friend, mother and I stayed here for 2 nights. I had stayed in East Nashville before and wanted to recreate the experience. Pearl Diver was only a couple blocks away and we could conveniently walk to other bars in the area. Everything else was only a 15 minute drive or Uber away. The cute tiny house was quaint and old. The king size bed and comforters were VERY comfortable. The record player and selection of country records were an adorable touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Gary’s home was above what we expected. I can’t go on enough about how lovely it was. There wasn’t anything we could have needed. The house was near everything yet you wouldn’t have known it. It was quiet. Gary was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is definitely a gem if you are interested in Nashville with a home feel. Highly recommend!

Adorable bungalow

Adorable bungalow with everything you need for a quiet get-away from the city without giving up the city amenities. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants, stores, and coffee! Host was wonderful and very attentive. Neighbors are quiet are night, too.

Great but needs better couch

The couch is very uncomfortable and low to ground. The tv was not left in a fashion to watch it. Otherwise, clean property. Sweet owner. Recommend tvs in every bedroom.

Great little house!

Wife and I were in Nashville for 5 days for me to attend a conference and for her to get some R&R. We loved this great little 2 BR house settled in a nice quiet neighborhood located only 10-15 minutes from the Convention Center, Bridgestone Arena, Country Row or Nissan Stadium. Franklin is an easy 30 min drive to explore Civil War history and grab some supplies at Costco. Some great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance, dinner at Locheland Table was 5 stars and delish. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and nice LR to relax or do some business work. Host was super responsive and answered very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Property was older but well maintained. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Gary was super responsive and had all the amenities we needed. We had a great stay!

I'm semi retired and have lived in Nashville now for over 10 years. Have 3 wonderful grown daughters, and the cutest ever grandsons. And yes, my daughters gave me input on furnishing this home.....hope you like it!
Fell in love with this community and now call it home. This is my second Short Term rental in East Nashville. My first property now has over 100 reviews with an average score of 5. When purchasing this property I thought to myself, "this is the best of both worlds". First it's located in a small eclectic start-up community. It's safe, feels small, local, both old and new in that the area has completely come back to life. Yet on the other hand it's only 2 miles to all the action in downtown Nashville. For sure a great location! In 2016 Redfin called this one of the hottest neighborhoods in the the United States.

You'll be in a safe, quiet neighborhood yet just a walk or short drive to many great restaurants and music venues. The cottage is really the best of both worlds......not to mention staying in this cozy mid century cottage while enjoying everything Nashville has to offer. :)
Lastly and very important while staying with us is a good nights sleep. You'll be super comfy with our high quality bedding and protected with Cleanbrands encasements for a clean, healthy and comfortable sleep each night.
