Just a 7-minute drive from the Downtown Square and the University of Arkansas, this home is perfectly situated for families, game-day weekends, graduations, campus visits, and local events.

This property was very clean and had everything for our stay. The outside deck was so cozy and relaxing. When we make another trip to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything at Zeb's property was perfect for us! We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and the shaded deck area was perfect for gathering even though it was sweltering hot weekend. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The little record player was a big hit. We didn't turn on the TV's once! Anyway, it was also close to everything! Highly recommended!

We spent the weekend in Fayetteville for our daughter’s graduation, and the house was perfect for our party of seven. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the back deck was wonderful.Communication with the host was excellent, and he was able to accommodate a later checkout, which we truly appreciated since we were traveling with my 88- and 89-year-old parents and needed the extra time.Thanks so much for the hospitality. Your place is beautiful, and we wish we had more time to enjoy it — especially the wonderful deck! We had a great stay and truly appreciated how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. We would definitely love to come back again.

Solid rental, close to UArk campus.

Overall, a good rental place. Short (5 to 8 min) drive to UArk campus in a quiet neighborhood. Newer amenities and recent renovations feels like. A few more minor touches would make it the perfect rental.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect spot for a weekend visit to Fayetteville! The neighborhood is quiet and just minutes from the University of Arkansas campus. This rental is clean and recently remodeled. The host was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay here again for future visits.

A lot of space

Very nice design and decorations created a comfortable stay. The 4 bedrooms along with the large couch this location can sleep a lot of guests. Close enough to town but not too close allowing you to relax in the evening. Will look for this location again on our next visit.

When we first arrived, there was trash all over the driveway and it included broken glass. It was 102 degrees, so we started the visit off picking up significant trash in order to park. Cardboard trash was on the condenser of the HVAC that was removed. 1.) The gas grill was a complete grease bomb with plenty of possum hair filling the interior of the grill. This was a powder keg for anyone attempting to utilize the grill. We eventually got the grill burned off after bringing out the fire extinguisher. If an inexperienced user had lit the grill, you may have had a bad fire, as the grease build up was excessive. 2.) The gas line connecting to the grill's propane tank needs to be repaired, as it is leaking gas, which was another concern.3.) Deck was unsafe around the grill, with loose boards that creates liability. One board came up after stepping on it and bruised my leg. 4.) Door in the basement has settled and using the bolt lock was nearly impossible to lock without lifting the door up.5.) You can see sunlight through the basement door edges that is probably costing you significant loss of energy to heat and cool the house. The location and arcade game was a plus. The inside of the house was clean with plenty of towels and utensils. Outside of the above positive comments the overall stay was at best a 2 out of 5. The deck, grill, glass/trash in the driveway yielded significant dangers and is not suitable for a VRBO rental.

This was a first for us and certainly not consistent with the experience we strive to provide. Our property manager inspects the home before each stay, so these conditions did not meet our standards. We’ve shared your feedback with our team and are addressing the areas you identified. The deck had recently undergone repairs and a safety review, but given your experience, we’re having the areas you mentioned inspected again, along with the grill, propane connection, and basement door. The home sits at the base of Mt. Sequoyah, where settling and seasonal movement can affect door alignment, but we agree everything still needs to function properly, and we'll make sure it does. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry they detracted from your stay. We’re glad you found the interior clean and well stocked and enjoyed the location and arcade game. We want every guest to arrive to a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained home, and we take feedback like this seriously. Very nice house!

Great large home that is in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of UArk campus but close enough to everything! Very clean and comfy with all of the amenities you need. Was just my husband and I this trip but would be great for a family or larger groups. Appreciated the great communication from hosts as well. Highly recommend!

Rocky start, but great ending!

We rented this property to have some time with family & friends in the area during a long road trip. It started off a bit rocky as there were a couple issues, but the owners were absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive & quick to rectify any problems we had. The property was easy to find & close enough to stores/restaurants I didn’t have to spend all my time driving for things. We recommend this property for families/friend groups, but I wouldn’t bring small children because of stairs, knickknacks, etc. it was perfect for our crew. We thoroughly enjoyed the record player, records, Bluetooth speaker, & guitar on site. The beds were comfortable, each had plenty of pillows, & the neighborhood was quiet during the night so we all got decent rest. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the owners were a delight, & we would recommend this property.
