Welcome to the Maple Mid-Mod, a single-level home in downtown Springdale with 2 bedrooms, 2 King beds/1 Futon, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably suited for up to 5 guests.

The kitchen is well stocked for everyday cooking and entertaining, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and hot water kettle, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for meals at the dining table. A washer and dryer, iron, and extra linens make longer stays easy.

Outside, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit, with a garden or backyard, outdoor seating, and a BBQ set up for alfresco dining. Indoors, relax by the fireplace, catch up on a book, play a board game, or stream something on the TV, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keeping things comfortable year-round.

One bathroom has a very large walk in shower and the other has an original bathtub/shower combo, and everyday toiletries. WiFi throughout the home makes it easy to stay connected or get some work done in a laptop-friendly space.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance approval, and this is a smoke-free home. A comfortable, quiet base in downtown Springdale for a couple or small family looking to settle in and relax.

The home's outdoor space, with its garden or backyard, fire pit, and hot tub, gives you a private spot to unwind after exploring, while the quiet surroundings on Maple Drive make it easy to relax between outings. It's a well-situated base in Springdale for a couple or small family who want a comfortable home to return to, whatever brings you to town.
