The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash chute is at end of 7th floor. Place all towels in the hall bathtub. (You do not need to strip sheets & blankets…just leave beds unmade.) Please make sure balcony doors are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Resort strictly prohibits items being thrown off balconies.

Amazing Playcation

The property was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a full eight days with our family, some baseball, some sun, and some fun. The views were absolutely beautiful, peaceful to drink coffee to in the morning.I can’t say enough wonderful things about our host Tiffany she truly made our stay welcoming, enjoyable and unforgettable!

easy breezy

condo was phenomenal. so clean, comfy beds and chairs. cabanas at the pool are the WAY to go! teens walked to pier park, beach and swam till 11pm with all the other teens. LOVED IT
