INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice condo

Condo was clean and had adequate sleeping, kitchen and bathroom space. It lacked basic supplies like extra trash bags and dish soap and scrub sponge. It did come with one packet of dishwasher soap and laundry soap and 4 trash bags for the kitchen’s two trash cans. Could have used more than that though. Especially dish soap. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view. It was just very nice and spacious for out family of 5. The pull out bed was not so comfortable according to our teenager. We had some issues with getting an additional parking pass. Also with getting into the room the first day as the code given in email did not work. Once i figured out what number to call it was an easy fix on the code. The parking pass was a bit of a hassle as I feel like my reservation told me I could get additional ones and the front desk told me I couldn’t. In the end I called customer service and it all got sorted out and everyone was really nice. Over all we loved our stay. Just bring dish soap and dishwasher and laundry soap if you go.

Awesome!

The stay was awesome!!! The only challenge was figuring out where to go for check in and parking. Once we figured that out there were no other issues! We would definitely be looking to stay here again!!

Great view and extra clean!

Positives: Terrific view Walking distance to most everything you need View of ocean and Pier Park short walk to Pier Park with many restaurants & shops Extra clean condo Negatives Their was a frightening moment during our stay where my fiancé was alone in condo and someone representing maintenance came into unit unannounced by either owner or property manager that ANY maintenance was to be done on unit. NOT ACCEPTABLE EVER! If you need to perform any routine maintenance (and we’ve yet to determine whether or not this was actually someone from maintenance or not , but they had a code to enter and did so!) it’s customary for either the owner or property management to contact the resident to notify of their intent to enter the unit. Missing a salad bowl and wooden utensils , but everything else you need is there and well organized.

A good place to stay

locate is excellent, room is very clean. The property is brand new. The only down side is the maintenance team not response quickly to the issues with the toilet. We have two Bathrooms in the unit. Unfortunately, the guest toilet was clogged. So, we end up using only one bathroom. It is inconvenient for all of us.
