Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the grocery store, the beach, and the nearest bus stop.

This is the same listing as ''Apartment Kandus A'' this listing just has another bedroom added so it can accommodate 6 people total, instead of only 4.

Two parking spaces are available for free. A third could possibly be added at your request.

This apartment is only available from autumn until spring. Usually, there are no other guests in the house at the same time, but my dad is staying in the upstairs apartment and occasionally uses the garden.

The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed (162x202cm), a bedroom with a pull-out couch (140cmx202cm) with a comfortable mattress on top , a large bedroom with two single beds (this room also has a sofa and TV so you can use it as a living room, or have two people sleep here), a kitchen, a bathroom and a restroom.

The apartment has a private entrance and also two glass doors with an exit to the terrace that overlooks the garden and the sea.
There is a dining table on the covered terrace outside, as well as three tables in the garden.

There are three air conditioning/heating units in the apartment (you can set the temperature), as well as radiators in every room (we have central heating).
The bathroom also has an infra heater.

The kitchen has a large fridge, a freezer, a stove with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, sink, and a washing machine. There is also a toaster, blender, and an electric water kettle. A dishwasher was installed in 2022.
The kitchen cabinets are equipped with pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, and silverware, as well as some cooking essentials (salt, sugar, black pepper, oil, and vinegar).

The bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, a toilet, bidet, sink, a large mirror, and an infra lamp.

There is a sofa and a 32-inch HD TV in the larger bedroom (that can be used as a living room).
The TV has 200+ channels, including premium ones like HBO. These are mostly English-language channels, as well as many German and some French and Italian language ones.

All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and the windows have shutters and curtains.
The bed sizes are 162x202 cm (bedroom), 140x202 cm (extra room), 84x202 cm (the two single beds in the large room that can be used as a living room instead).
The 140x202 cm bed is a pull-out couch, but there is a thick comfortable mattress topper on top of it.
The bedroom with the pull-out couch and the bedroom with the two single beds have a view of the garden and the sea.

Towels and bedding (fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillowcases, blankets) are provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, and soap.
You can find extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe.

The apartment is regularly cleaned with Hyla deep-cleaning system.

IMPORTANT: The Piran city tourist tax is not yet included in the price.
The tax has to be collected by all hotels and private apartments at check-in in cash, the price is 3,13€ per adult person per night, 1.56€ for children age 7-17, nothing for children under 7. This tax is already mentioned in the pricing information.
When sending a booking request please confirm in the message that you saw, that the Piran City Tourist Tax has to be paid in addition.

This apartment set-up is only rented from November until April.
For the rest of the year, it is possible to book this apartment without the extra room (so the apartment only sleeps 4 people) or our apartment B (that sleeps 3 people). It is also possible to book both of these apartments and the extra bedroom as a large apartment that sleeps 9 people total.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for sleeper vans and other extremely large cars because they would most likely be too tall to fit through the stone arch. Before booking, it is best to check the gallery which features pictures of the parking area (or send me a message with the make and model or the dimensions of the car ).
