The Condo was beautiful, host is gracious and friendly. The pool our grandkids loved! The beach view is extraordinary!! Very close to everything you need! Nice restaurants and Pier Park for shopping, eating and fun stuff for the kids!!

We were very pleased with the location and the amenities the property offers, especially the bar at the pool! It was easy to park in a covered garage and walk across the bridgeway into the property. Great concierge service for check-in. Felt very secure due to process used for accessing the property. Loved our unit!

Wonderful stay!

Condo was exactly as pictured! Clean, directly on the beach, and well stocked with necessities! Easy parking too, not crowded at all! Would absolutely book again!

Everything was perfect. The view was amazing and we even got to watch dolphins playing from our balcony. The room was great. It was super easy to contact the host and check in. We will be back!

Wonderful Week

We had the best week. There was 6 of us and had plenty of room. The boys loved having the bunk room. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook while there.

Great unit

I have been vacationing in PCB for 8 years now, 3 times in at this resort and i will say this unit is in my top 2 favorites.

PCB

Condo was very clean and set up for use. Having the essentials there for laundry, hand soap in all bathrooms and additional kitchen equipment was great. No need to run to store right away. Owner was very responsive to questions. I will definitely visit again. The resort overall was nice, however check in with one elevator for the entire building made for a long wait and very unhappy guest. The staff for the resort were kind with the exception of one who treated guest disrespectful about bands. Overall good visit.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Unit was outstanding! Owners were available if we needed them, but we didn’t. Everything was wonderful. Unit was spotless and up to date. The staff at Sterling Breeze are amazing! We were warmly greeted everywhere we went. They took the time to answer any questions we had about the local area. The check-in process was easy. Someone is stationed in the parking garage walkway. Carts are available to use to help load and unload your gear. We didn’t take advantage of the electric grill, but some neighbors made delicious smelling meals! And the elevators are so fast! The grounds of Sterling Breeze are spotless. The pool is cleaned every morning! The steps to the beach are comfortable and easy to walk on. We have never rented chairs, we always bring our own gear, but it was so nice that 2 came with the unit! We set our pop-up canopy right behind them and all 5 of us stayed comfortable. The West end of PCB is much quieter with less traffic. The walk to Pier Park was easy. Driving there was easy also. The bunk beds in the unit are normal size. That was a pleasant surprise. Other units in PCB have toddler size bunks, but my teens fit in these perfectly! There is a Walmart, Target, Aldis, Publix and CVS vey close to the unit.

This place is amazing! I couldn’t quite figure out the electric grill but it didn’t matter. Never waited more than a couple minutes for an elevator and check in was easy as it could be. Would definitely recommend!
