I'm very sorry you got stuck and required a tow, this is the first I am hearing of this. I know you were driving a large 15 passenger van but we have never encountered anyone getting stuck or needing a tow. Can you please tell me your location that this occurred at and if it is something in our control we will certainly address the situation.
