I am a single man who enjoys travelling, meeting new people and discovering new places. Sometimes I travel alone, while on other occasions I may travel with a friend or companion. My resort is actually a Timeshare Resort and I own a number of units and weeks there, that I rent out. Some weeks I am there vacationing (and skiing), probably just like you, but others I am not. The Resort is Professionally managed however, and Resort Maintenance is available Weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an After-Hours Hotline for Emergencies Only.

Professionally I am a Realtor with my own Brokerage located in Acworth, GA, as well as a Real Estate Investor and Investor Trainer. I enjoy hiking, running, skiing, camping, gliding, eating out, eating in, movies, shows, etc. Just an average, friendly guy enjoying life.

Location. Location. Location. Our resort is just one-block off Main Street (Hwy 40) in the Town of Winter Park, behind the new Arrow Condos and The Smokehouse BBQ. We have a bus-stop for the FREE COUNTY Bus Service, that runs every hour (or half-hour weekends and holidays) generally from 7am to 6pm (and on-call from 7pm to 2am), and is only a ten minute ride to the Winter Park Village and Mountain Base.
