Inside Smart TVs, fast wifi, chef's kitchen (every appliance), gas range, 2 ovens, toiletries provided, office with Tonal workout machine, grand piano, formal dining, everything you need for baby (crib, highchair, toys etc), clothing steamer.

Your private oasis with mountain views & sunrise/sunset. 5 mins to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens or Acrisure Arena! 10 mins to El Paseo, golf, hiking, shopping, dining. Smart TVs in all beds & living room. 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, & 2 Singles, plus trundles and sleeper sofa. No expense spared - top quality throughout.

Mountain views, peek-a-boo view to golf course but very private with ficus hedge. Relax, unwind, spread out and enjoy the property and amenities. Golfing, tennis, pickleball, shopping, music festivals all within a 10 minute drive.

Each bathroom has hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash by Public Goods (clean ingredients), fluffy towels and hair dryer.

Wonderful guests, easy to deal with, very respectful of the property and treated it like their own. Took great care of the place and left it incredibly clean! A pleasure - would absolutely have them back anytime.

We love to travel as a family and we do so most of the year, here in the USA and abroad. France, Argentina, Columbia, Costa Rica, and the Panama Canal are some of our recent travels. We know what we like in a rental - we want to be able to walk in to a perfectly clean home, that has all of the amenities provided so we feel cared for and we're not wasting time shopping for toiletries, laundry soap, pantry staples, etc.. We want all of the creature comforts that we're used to with wifi, tvs, beds, kitchen utensils and appliances, and thoughtful details. If that sounds like you and your family - this house is for you!

Why they chose this property

Broad streets, lovely walking path through the community (the Esplanade), children's park, Bocci ball court. Perfect location close to Fred Waring, Highway 111 and the 10 Freeway.

What makes this property unique

It's the biggest lot in the community and we made use of every inch - we think it's the absolute best home in the neighborhood. The front courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy a fire and watch the sunrise. Out into the yard via the french doors is the large saltwater pool & spa with a large outdoor table seating 8 plus a BBQ island. The lefthand yard is a 30 x 60 paved surface for fun and sports, along with 2 bistro tables, chairs and an umbrella. The right hand yard is a similar sized flat grass area, again, great for soccer, baseball, etc. There's also a Springfree trampoline. The backyard is private with a wrap-around 10ft ficus hedge.The interior is designed with a mixture of antiques and art from all over the world, quality pieces and top-of-the-line selections throughout.
