The hot tub wasn't heating properly. Basically the whole stay it was set properly 104 but never got above 93. I am an engineer and I have a hot tub myself, it's not rocket science 2 the temperature and turn it on, manager spent days insisting we must be doing something wrong. The first day we contacted property manager and he ignored us for several days despite repeated requests to have it fixed. Finally the last day someone came and it worked for one evening before we left. Property manager was rude about his burden of maintaining his facilities and insisted on a five-star review for any compensation for lack of hot tub function. This was the last straw for us. The kitchen and towels were poorly stocked, I think there were a total of two spoons in the whole house. The location near downtown was appealing but we obviously will never stay here again.

This property was exactly as advertised. Location is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town La Quinta. The home is located in a lovely walkable neighborhood, close to hiking trails and other La Quinta sites and amenities. Four, very large bedrooms, two en-suite, and a tastefully furnished living area with plenty of room to spread out. David was helpful and responsive before and though-out our stay.

Great house! Within walking distance to old town La Quinta. The pool and hot tub were great. The house was spacious and well stocked. The only thing I could call out was that it’s obviously a well used listing as outdoor furniture was a bit beat up and parts of the house similar. House was still clean and great thus why I gave it 5 stars. Host was great, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic, just as described. Kitchen was spacious and bedrooms were clean. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but app provided on the in house iPad looked easy to use. I reached out to our host with a question and received a reply very quickly. Would definitely like to rebook in the future.

Wonderful property! Beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and well maintained. The pool looked a bit bigger in pictures but it was still perfect for our girl's getaway. Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again here soon. David was super helpful and responsive to our questions.

Girls Weekend Away

House was perfect and roomy for a girls weekend. Large living room and kitchen. Rooms were spacious and beds were clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the showers. Handle is very hard to turn on and off. Rain shower head had very poor water pressure.

Nice house

Had a great experience at this LaQuinta Vrbo, thanks to the host's communication and transparency. Initially, I had booked a different property, but before we arrived the host notified us of a minor safety concern. The host promptly addressed the situation and was able to get us another house a couple of miles away on such short notice, which was identical to the original booking. The new property was just as described, modern, with identical amenities. The host's quick response and willingness to accommodate us made the transition smooth and stress-free. Their proactive communication ensured that we were informed every step of the way, they were always available to answer any questions we had, and even promised a little refund for the inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this host for their professionalism and dedication to providing a great experience for their guests. Thank you for making our stay in La Quinta enjoyable and hassle-free!

Great stay. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Only comments are main bdrm shower heads leaks at coupling, bathroom rugs were dirty and some of the instructions could be more clear. Nothing that negatively affected the stay. I e had a really good time. Thanks

Great Location for Golfing

Stayed with friends for a golf trip. Was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with shower. Location was very close to La Quinta resort. Could walk to restaurants. Would stay again.

Great location, spacious bedrooms

This is a lovely home with beautiful finishes. The bedrooms are large with tons of closet space. Two rooms have onsuite baths and the extra powder room is convenient. I was surprised by the pool in the FRONT yard, but it makes a lot of sense and is very pretty. Parking is a bit tight but quite workable. Onstreet parking fills up quickly. We were RIGHT across the street from an amazing art show that went the whole weekend. It's an easy walk to the cute old town of La Quinta with lots of great restaurants. The Nitroinfused Ice Cream... to die for! The location is fantastic. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

The property overall was everything we needed and I highly recommend it. However, there are a few items showing some wear and tear (ie cabinet door broken off) that could easily be attended ro which would make it so much better.

Beautiful Home!

A friend and myself stayed at this home for a quick golf trip. It was clean and very comfortable. It is also centrally located to everything. I would stay here again.

Group stay for the Iron Man

This was the perfect spot for our group! The house fit our group with room to spare and the amenities were amazing. David was wonderful and super helpful throughout the whole process. This house was also conveniently located near the start and T2 for the Indian Wells iron man (which we were staying there for) ! Would definite stay here again :)
