In a region renowned for its outdoor recreation and fun, the 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 stands as your premier basecamp. From kayaking through mangrove tunnels to scalloping in the crystal-clear waters, the opportunities for adventure are boundless.

The property includes 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 with plenty of room to dock 2 boats. Guests who do bring a boat can reach the Gulf of Mexico or Homosassa Springs, via the canal, in approximately 15-20 minutes enjoying amazing Florida views along the way. The boat lift on property; however, is not for guest use.

Also, guests may use the (2) parking spots in the driveway. Per our HOA, we may not have any boat trailers in the driveway; however, you can park at the nearby Riverhaven Marina for a nightly fee.

𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑 𝐅𝐔𝐍:
There is a large pool and pool deck with plenty of space for all 10 guests to swim at once and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Please note: The pool is un-heated. Guests may also use the provided paddle boards, paddles and kayaks for more Florida fun and sights. (Both adult and child-sized lifejackets are available for guest use.) Please review and adhere to house rules regarding pool and water toy usage.

𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌𝐒: comfortable sleeping space for (10) people

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: King-sized bed, sleeping accommodations for (2) people.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: Bunk beds featuring a twin-sized bed on top which sleeps (1) and a full-sized bed on the bottom which also can sleeps (2).
𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺: Bunk beds featuring a twin-sized bed on top which sleeps (1) and a full-sized bed on the bottom which also can sleeps (2).

𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌𝐒:
The primary bathroom has one sink, extensive counter space and a stand-up shower.
The second bathroom has one sink and the stand-up shower.
The third bathroom has double sinks, a stand-up shower, a tub shower and is located next to the third and fourth bedrooms.

𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒:
The kitchen bar top offers seating for (5) guests. The enclosed & cooled lanai offers additional mealtime seating with the wet bar (seating for (4) guests) and a dining room table offering seating for (8) guests.

𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐗 & 𝐄𝐍𝐉𝐎𝐘:
There is a family room with a large sectional, TV and ping pong table. There is also a living room with couch seating and canal views off of the kitchen.

For our fishing friends, our property is perfectly positioned! We are a 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf!
