Take your pick of three ski resorts: Sugarbush, Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. Also close by to various trails for hiking, biking and swimming along the Mad River.

The sun-soaked 4,000 sq ft home, situated on 3.2 peaceful acres, sleeps 10, and ideal for everyday living as well as gatherings. It is impeccably designed with post and beam construction, splendid tongue & groove ceilings, easy to use pellet stove and radiant heat throughout.

This location offers the appearance of remote living but with modern conveniences, including high speed internet, a home gym, 65” Roku TV with free Disney+, Hulu Live, Sonos surround sound, and two dedicated spaces for remote working needs.

The main floor is wheelchair friendly with an open floor plan, one guest room and accessible roll-in shower, making it perfect for a multigenerational vacation. The kitchen features a soapstone island, upscale appliances, and is well-integrated into the living spaces.

Wake up to views of Mount Ellen from the king-sized master suite with shower and soaking tub. Other sleep spaces include: Queen sized au pair suite featuring private kitchenette and full bath- perfect for an additional couple or teens; a large, cheery room featuring queen and twin beds plus loft with queen futon; and an elegant queen room located on the main floor, as mentioned above. There is also a comfy library/ reading room featuring books for all ages with a cozy reading nook and twin bed. Luxury linens and soaps are included, and portable crib can be made available on request.

Enjoy your nights out at nearby restaurants or relax at home on the wrap-around deck with Weber grill, play some games from the game closet, then finish with s'mores over a bonfire in the custom fire pit. Home gym features Precor elliptical, WaterRower rowing machine, blue-tooth headset enabled Roku TV and other fitness apparatus. Secure ski/ snowboard racks, snowshoes for lending and one car garage available in winter. Air-conditioned bedrooms for comfortable sleeping in summer.
