Everything was so nice! They had such a great space with tons of sleeping options. They also had great things for the kids like a high chair which is hard to travel with so that was a great touch. When we travel to the cities again this place will definitely be on our radar because it's in a great location for attractions like Valleyfair, Mall of America and Como zoo!

This property was perfect for our family! The home was exactly like the pictures. It is spacious and clean. The location was convenient and in a safe neighborhood. Twenty of us stayed at this house and were very comfortable during our stay. Check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting St. Paul!

This is a nice property for a big group who doesn't really care about esthetics. It is a duplex, so not a single family home. It's a very functional place with lots of beds and rooms, which was perfect for us. We used it as a gathering place before our daughter's wedding since we were from out of town and it worked very well. The actually living room space is pretty small but we were able to squeeze lots of people it for hanging out during the day. The carpet could be cleaner but overall it it was a functional place for a good price.

House was as described and was big enough for our group to spread out. Only thing missing was there was a roku for the living room tv but we weren't ever able to find the remote. It was fine though as we didn't spend much time watching TV.

Very accurate in the listing. There are SO MANY places to sleep. The living space may be a bit small for 20 persons, but if you are needing a LOT of bed space, this place has it. Hot water, clean fridge, comfortable space. Across the street is a community garden and park. There are lots of great places to eat within a few minutes. This place seemed close to everything we wanted to do. When I had a question, Andy was quick to reply and accommodating when we had a change in plans. Just remember, these are not YOUR beds. They will not feel like home. However, there was a variety and lots of blankets and pillows available.

Location was a little sketchy but looks were a little deceiving bc it wasnt *too bad* staying there. I wish the property/neighborhood was in better shape and landscaping was done because first impressions are everything. Weeds were about 2 ft tall in the driveway. Just know that this is a duplex with the other side being a short term rental as well. The folks nextdoor who rented from the same landlord were loud and obnoxious(up to 1:30am 1 night) but that's nothing the landlord could've controlled. I did mention it to the landlord though. The rental place did smell of a strange odor but wasn't overwhelming. Shared driveway which want too bad. Landlord was responsive to communication. Alot of room for a family. Beds were ok, my wife and I shared 1 bed downstairs that was very very soft but to each his/her own. Rooms were clean, great that there is laundry on site and kitchen was functional. Overall experience is a 7.5 out of 10.

Great stay.

Loved the stay! It had a lot of room. Rooms didn’t feel packed even with a lot of beds! Will book again next time I’m in the Twin Cities!
