Conveniently located home directly adjacent to the MN State Fairgrounds. This home provides a great space that is close to major attractions in both Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The space
Our 4-bedroom, 1,600 sq foot home is located near the Como neighborhood of Saint Paul allowing easy access to popular restaurants, bars and breweries along with all of the attractions the Twin Cities has to offer. Whether you’re traveling with family, to reconnect with friends or on business, this cozy home offers all of the conveniences you’d expect including a fully stocked kitchen and onsite laundry.
Upstairs: There are three bedrooms including the primary (king size bed and smart TV), second bedroom (queen size) and bunk room (full bed with twin bed above). Full sized bathroom with towels and soap.
Main Level: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and items you would expect and offers a breakfast nook sitting area. There is a dining room six chairs, perfect area for sharing a meal or playing a game of cards. The living room offers a great area to socialize with a smart TV.
Lower level: Contains a queen size bed and desk for a workspace. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer available for use.
Outside: There is a grill available for use and a patio table and chairs to gather outdoors for meals (weather permitting of course!). And, a firepit is also available in the backyard for those cozy evening bonfires.
No parties or events, our neighbors love us and appreciate that we’re providing an exceptional short-term rental in our darling neighborhood. Please, no visitors past 10:00 p.m.

The home offers digital contactless check-in/check-out allowing for flexibility on when you arrive and depart. There is a private driveway in the alley which can be utilized for parking and there is also plenty of street parking.
