Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and location was perfect for a wedding at the Starry Farm wedding venue and casino. Landlord responded and solved our only problem quickly. Only recommendation I have for anyone staying here, is bring your own drinking and cooking water. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Cozy Cottage!! We loved our stay!

This is a nice little cottage sitting right on Belinger pond. Close to everything on the peninsula. We had some lightbulbs out but the management company responded right away.

Cutest little cottage, loved the back porch and deck!! No A/C but was well aware. Able to keep cottage cool with proper window and shade management. Many fans provided. Great location. Decorated so nice!

Lovely location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute cabin with lots of charming character. The porch was my favorite spot to relax after having a busy day hiking or swimming. Well Stocked kitchen and it was nice to get to do a load of laundry mid-trip. Only negatives are that cabin has no AC so had to sleep with windows open. But the cabin on a super noisy road with lots of speeding 18 wheeler trucks that woke us up throughout the night.

Great cozy cottage vibes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We attended a concert at Leelanau Sands and this cottage was an excellent alternative to staying at the lodge there. It’s a very short drive and could even be walked in the warmer months. We absolutely loved the sunroom and watching the birds on the pond. We also enjoyed shopping and dining in Suttons Bay which is just a few minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The only downside was the small driveway but we managed with a small suv and full size truck. I would definitely stay again!

While the home is located off a main road, you have to travel through some woods to get to the home which is located on several acres on the waterfront..

Great place to venture out in all directions

Such a cute cabin! We wanted to explore several areas and this was perfect. Easy drive to Northport, Leland, Fishtown, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City.

Serene little cottage

This was a lovely little stay. The cottage is charming and cozy. The pond out side is beautiful and serene. It is directly on a busy road as some reviews mention, but being this far out there's not much traffic at night.

Family reunion week.

No AC but cooler weather worked out well.Hot water was short lived so we kept showers to a minimum. Overall, it is a very nice house and beautiful grounds.
