Hvad er et smukt sted at tilbringe nogen ferie tid! Beliggende i hjertet af Suttons Bay, er Front Cottage et fantastisk vintage-stil lavere niveau hus. Der er 3 soveværelser og 1 badeværelse i dette ene niveau hytte, der vender nordvest. Sovepladser op til 5.
Vil overveje ugentlige eller korte ophold i løbet af en sæson. Sommer 3 nat minimum. Korte ophold er tilladt i løbet af sommerdage, dog vil depositum ikke blive opkrævet for reservationer på under 7 overnatninger, der bookes online, indtil reservationen er bekræftet af Visit Up North den næste arbejdsdag. 1 dronning, 1 fuld og 1 dagseng. TV i alle værelser. Indtast fra gaden side til en charmerende stue med flotte dekorative hånd. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til at forberede måltider og omfatter rustfrit stål apparater, herunder opvaskemaskine. Trægulve overalt. Gas pejs. Kabel TV. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler også for din bekvemmelighed.

En smuk strand er lige rundt om hjørnet, en meget let gåtur. Faktisk parkere din bil for hele opholdet, du kan gå til alle de Suttons Bay butikker og restauranter! Kun 16 miles til Traverse City også. Biblioteket lige bag hytten tilbyder film huslejer og bøger til at nyde på den sandede offentlige strand ved siden af. Næste dør og på tværs af gaden er gode steder at spise. Kun få skridt væk er også Bay teater, café, shopping og meget mere. De Leelanau Trail løber fra Suttons Bay til Traverse City. Du kan bruge dette spor som helst tidspunkt af året for vandreture, cykling eller langrend. Lej en fed dækcykel og prøv nogle vintercykler. Farm markeder, vingårde, Leelanau Sands Casino er alle i nærheden. Du vil have masser at gøre i dette store område.

This was not our first time renting this cottage. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t as nice as in previous years. It was clean when we arrived, but smelled very stuffy, like it had been closed up for quite some time. The pillows on the couch had a musty smell that was very noticeable and unsettling.

Nice home needs better locks

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home clean however, the key in the lock box worked very poorly opening and locking the front door, and did not get it to work in the side door at all. Because the large shrubs along the side of the house are so overgrown when the wind blows throughout the night, the shrubs grate against the screens and the windows. Change the front door lock to a coded key lock pad. Trim some of the greenery and then you get a five star review.

Floor dirty-kids feet were black after walking on it. Front door lock didn’t turn well to open and needs maintenance. Only one trash receptacle for 3 units. Not enough. Otherwise good location and well stocked.

Great location. Kitchen was awesome, however, the ice maker never worked, and we could get the bedroom tv's to work - operator error??? Green Cottage, lower level would like to book for next year - will send separate email.

Pretty Sutton’s Bay

Well cared for property. Very clean with all the needed amenities. Vintage home with refurbished woodwork everywhere. A lot of room for a family to eat and sleep in great location. My only concern was the house was split into 3 separate entrances and the lower level had only street access with no views or comfortable outdoor seating. Amazing beach within steps but no views or ability to enjoy within the property. There is also an outdoor bar/restaurant right up against the bedroom wall and window. You can hear all the diners conversations until they close at 9:00. All in all, considering the price, I would have wanted some outdoor space and a tiny bit more privacy. The parking is also street parking which is tricky during prime dining hours. Wish this had been explained more. You will enjoy the location if you are spending time in the town.

Great location and value but could use some updates and details

This property is in the heart of town, which is both a good and bad thing. Was super convenient to be across the street from the beach and playground, right by ice cream store, etc. However, both the restaurants across the street and right next door play music at night and although they state that they close at 10 pm, they did not. It was challenging getting kids to sleep because of the noise and the fact that the sun goes down up north not until well after 9 pm and rises about 6 am. None of the rooms have curtains, only thin blinds. Some room darkening curtains would make a huge difference for everyone to get good sleep. We also had issues with the Internet going out repeatedly. Contact with the property company was scarce.

Nice location on the edge of downtown Suttons Bay

We love staying in Suttons Bay, as everything is walkable. This house was at the north end of the city, but still walkable to restaurants. There were 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. There was a restaurant right next door and you could hear people talking and their music, while it was open. But luckily, it closed at 8:00 pm. My husband and I stayed in the front bedroom and you could hear the traffic in the morning. Other than that, the kitchen and living room were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Good house. Bad property manager.

The house is a good house. Other reviews are accurate. The management comapny that the owner is using is aweful. A one hour session from a handy man would do this place wonders. The management company harassed us to sign a contract that could only put fear into a guest. Lots of instructions with bold text that is condescending are plasterd all over the house. The management company's rules say, do not email any issues. But the office is closed so please just leave a voicemail message for them to get back to you when they feel like it. Then they also say to not call the off hours number unless it is an absolute emergency. During the weekend they check in with a different number that they won't answer if you call it back(that voicemail says it is a texting only number). It was a very confusing stay that could have been great had a different host/manager who actually cares was in place.

It has a great location, walkable to downtown Suttons Bay shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theater. The beach is located a couple hundred yards and the library located behind the property. Road noise and the bar/restaurant with could be noisy after dark. Parking was good.

Green Shutter stay

Very well kept, craftsman home. Very good layout, great eat in kitchen. Right on the Main Street, restaurants right next door and directly across the street. The beach was viewable from the back yard. Short walking distance to the bay. Lots of unique shopping opportunities in the next block. Would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day weekend stay

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Don't come to this place expecting to be able to connect to the Wi-Fi or watch television though.. 4 tvs and only one of them in the bedroom worked. Property manager, Lindsay is great to work with. Overall good stay. Thanks!

Dark,cold weekend!

Cozy clean cottage,a bit drafty around the windows. Fireplace made up for the chill in the rooms. A bit irritating was no info on how to use the television or DVD player.We really wanted to watch football and couldnt. The batteries in remote were missing and the replacement ones were not the right size. Couldnt use the remote for tv. Another irritation was when there was a 3hr power failure. No utility type candles or matches in the house. And it was too early for bed,in the middle of dinner. We huddled around the gas fireplace to keep warm.Thank u for replacing the coffee pot,it was a god send for next days morning brew.

So close to our venue. Located on the Main Street of suttons bay. Walked to restaurants and shops. Close to our event in northport. Close to friends who own a winery. 9 miles to fish town for a fun dinner
