Lovely home right next to the bay . Great for family to gather and enjoy with enough space for all. Location is perfect. Very well decorated and maintained. Could not have asked for more.

The home itself was a perfect fit for the 9 of us. The bedding, furniture, ample kitchen space and appliances provided for a top notch experience. These were further enhanced by the proximity to the beach, trails and downtown Suttons Bay. We made some great memories here!

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home (all 10of us).The house was spotless, very nice furnishings, all the kitchen equipment we needed, plenty of seating for all of us. Bedrooms were comfortable. We loved being able to walk into town and enjoyed our view of the lake. Made for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect home base!

We’ve visited Sutton’s Bay many times and this was the perfect home base! We loved being close to downtown, being able to explore the surrounding areas & having a cozy, cute home to return to. Everything was clean and the house itself is decorated so well! The hosts were quick to answer questions. We absolutely loved it!

The house is cute and equipped with everything we need. It’s perfect for our wine tasting group. Location is central to many of the wineries on Leelanau peninsula. Robyn is helpful and always available for questions.

Very nice property with a great location. Being across from Suttons Park was very convenient. Used the shelter at the park one night for a family gathering.

Great House and Location!

The house is a perfect set up for a girl's getaway! We walked to Hop Lot, used as a home base for a winery tour and walked around downtown Suttons Bay which is only a minute drive from the house. Very clean and great space!

Another great stay

Girls trip weekend - we stayed here last year and loved it so much we returned this year (and will again next year!). Great location, super clean, modern kitchen, comfortable beds. Couldn't be better. (okay - a hot tub would be great, but that's probably asking too much!)

Loved your home!

We stayed in Suttons Bay for a family wedding and the location of the home could not have been better! We walked to the water and to breakfast! The home was adorable, clean and had everything we needed! Hands down one of the best VRBO stays we’ve experienced! The owners were so nice to deal with!!!

Wonderful!

Spent the week here for out daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. The back yard offered plenty of space for our grandson to play. We enjoyed the beach across the street. Easy walk to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

We have a group of 10 women who have repeatedly stayed at this rental. We love the location and the property. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is always neat and tidy. The host is always so helpful and sweet. We will continue to come back year after year.

Peaceful family retreat

The property lived up to the expectations of both the adults and kids! Enjoy the house and its proximity to the beach… Suttons Bay is such a nice little town, and all of the amenities were fantastic. No complaints. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the home overall very cozy.

Perfectly Located House in Suttons Bay

Spotless and comfortable house located right near the water. Walking distance to Hop Lot (literally across the street) and to downtown Suttons Bay. Back yard was charming with lots of firewood and a nice fire pit. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Seems perfect for a larger family as well.

Perfect spot for a family

We had two families with a total of 4 kids and this was the perfect spot for us. The kids loved the beach across the street, we had plenty of room to make and enjoy food for 8 people, walking to downtown Sutton's bay was easy and safe along the trail, and the grocery store nearby was convenient. Everything was clean. Toys and books for the kids was a nice surprise too!

great place

We had a wonderful time in Sutton's Bay. This property has a great location close to the public beach park that was perfect to launch our kayaks and for our grandson to play. Hop Lot brew pub, Hansen's grocery and many eateries/shops are a short walk into town and the bike trail was very close too. The house was super clean and the owners very responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the second fridge. Overall one of the best homes we have rented. we plan on renting this property again.

Loved it!

The house was larger than we thought—we were so happy with it. We needed nothing; everything was right in the house for us. And the beach right across the road—perfect. Great location allowed us to easily walk into town, the grocery store, the brewery. We couldn’t stop talking about how pleased we were with the house.

Bay Watch

When we walked in we immediately felt at home. The house was clean and well stocked for our needs. We sat on the glider in the front yard and just watched the lake. Town is so close. The house also seemed to be set up to entertain. The kitchen is large. There are three ovens. All new appliances. There isn't anything we would change. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Great place to stay

This home was beautiful, clean, very accomodating for all ages including young children (toys, dishes, silverware for the toddlers, sand toys for the beach & pack & play bed). We had a family wedding in the area and 9 people in our party stayed here. I would definitely stay here again. We had camp fires in the evening, went hiking and shopping during the day and played on the beach/playground. Location is close to everything! Robyn was always available when I had any questions and very friendly and responsive .

This house was built by my grandparents in the 1960's after moving up from the Grosse Pointe Farms area in southeastern MI. My parents acquired it in 2013. Since then we have remodeled the majority of the house, including brand new appliances, floors and much more.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable for groups of families and friends. Outside, one can enjoy a large yard as well as a view of Lake Michigan and the sandy beach across the street. The location is within walking distance of downtown Suttons Bay, the grocery store and many other amenities.
