The Upper Peninsula's Hidden Gem! Struggling to find a quiet beach? Well, how about your OWN PRIVATE BEACH! This paradise in Rapid River has roughly 100 feet of private beach right on the gorgeous Little Bay de Noc. Words don’t do the incredible sunrises, sunsets and bonfires by the water justice. The house itself is spacious, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms to fit a big family. One of the bedrooms has three sets of bunk beds. The upstairs ensuite bedroom has its own deck with water views, there is an updated kitchen and sitting area. Professional Ice Fisherman Love our place! There is seclusion and Mother Nature all-around, but for those who aren’t all about peace and quiet, not to worry! Across the street is a township hall with a playground for kids and mini-park for other activities. The home is in the Eastern Timezone only 30 minutes southeast from the stores, shops and restaurants of Escanaba, and an hour south of the same features Marquette offers. Oh, and the downtown of Rapid River has two good restaurants and an ice cream place! The perfect getaway for families large and small!

Felt like home! The owner didn’t miss a beat when it comes to accommodations.This was an amazing place to stay and absolutely everything you need to stay comfortably. Our family has such an amazing time here our son is moving to the Escanaba area and this was a great place to explore the area and get him acquainted. we will absolutely be back 100% recommended.

We spent a weekend here for a family trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The property and view are stunning, peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed. The home itself is well-kept, cozy, and full of charming touches. Our host was wonderful: helpful, warm, and quick to respond to every question.We drove 6.5 hours from downstate Michigan to get here, and it was completely worth the trip. Beautiful location, beautiful home- highly recommend for a very special experience

House was fantastic for a bigger group. Property is beautiful with plenty of room to hangout and play yard games, sun on the beach or just relax around the fire or on the deck. Lots of fans available in the house. They also supply a ton of nice towels and all the things you will need on hand. Amy was amazingly responsive. Would defiantly stay here again.

Amy was great, very responsive! The setting of the house is beautiful, a great place to go and relax. It is a little further out than we anticipated which made day trips long, but overall we loved the home, the views and sunsets.

Loved staying here, and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We had such a great time and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the lake! Impossible to beat the sunset views.

The property was amazing. Views of the bay were incredible. Loved how the house was set up. Very nice location and the neighbors were great. The beach was sandy but the water access was mainly large rocks so water shoes are required. There was a nice selection of water shoes on the property which was great. Everything you need is there. Upstairs water pressure in the master bath wasn’t ideal but it got the job done Loved the place and would have booked again for next year but our week was already taken.

This place was an absolute gem on the peninsula! It comfortably accommodated seven adults with plenty of bathrooms and showers, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax and spread out. The wood stove made the home incredibly cozy, especially after long days out on the ice. The location couldn’t have been better for ice fishing the first week of March—quick and easy access to the lake.The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and made the evenings even more memorable. Amy was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.We had a great stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located getaway on the peninsula!

Great Stay

Stayed here for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 children and could have easily slept more. Great beach access, nice place to have a fire and relax outside.

Beautiful location, Great family time

This was our second stay here. We love the privacy of the beach and the amenities: kayaks, life jackets, games...wonderful for indoor and outdoor fun.
