Kim and Steve's home is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay with our friends, kids, and dog. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach. Check-in was smooth. The kitchen was well stocked and there were two balconies and a backyard that offered lovely views. Everything was very clean, and the linens and towels were really nice. The surrounding area is gorgeous. It really felt like a magical place.

We loved our stay! The beach house is so cozy and comfortable, you feel right at home. The views from the front porches are lovely and the drive in through the reserve is beautiful. The walk to the beach is very short and it was perfect for our young kids and dog. We did a day trip to Rehoboth since it was only about 40min away. Kim was always helpful and responsive. It was hard to leave and we look forward to our next stay!!

We love this property! We’ve come multiple times as a family with 4 young kids. The house is clean and spacious, well-stocked, and has so many games, tvs, and extras to use in the event of a rainy day. We couldn’t love it more!

This rental truly gives a family everything they need for convenience. Linens, towels, toiletries, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen made our week feel like a stay-cation. The owner was very responsive to emails before and during our experience. The walk to the beach was very short. Our only negative comment deals with the mosquitoes that come with winds blowing from the preserve into the backyard.

We had a great time and everything went very smoothly! Great location with views from the front and back of the house. Easy walk across the street to the beach and close to great birding locations. The house has everything we needed and more, and we loved that it was dog friendly.
