Welcome to the Popular Parkview Bay Development at the Lake of the Ozarks... Close to everything, you're staying where you want to be for both on and off the water activities! Parkview Bay offers 3 Pools, Boat Docks, and a Lake Swimming area with a Swim Dock. You're welcome to fish from the docks and the walkway around the water.

Your family and friends will be staying in a clean, well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice! There is plenty of seating in the Open Living Area. The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Electric Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has a expansive view of the Lake and the serene state park just across the water.

The spacious Master Suite has a King-Sized Bed, Cable TV, and private bath with a tub / shower. The Second Bedroom also has cable TV and offers comfortable Queen and Twin sized beds.

Boaters: Our 12x30' slips are located in the dock behind the building and available upon request. Larger slips are available. Our guests launch boats and park trailers at the State Park in Osage Beach, Marina Grand Glaize. It is about 3 miles away by land and just 2 miles away by water.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Great property and property owner. Amazing firework show viewable from pool on July 3rd every year. Then best fireworks show at lake or anywhere that I have seen is at bear bottom resort only 20 minutes away!

A couple small extras would be perfect

This is a super nice place. The deck out back has a nice view. The pools weren't crowded. We would for sure stay again. My only suggestions would be a K cup coffee maker and some small hotel size soaps for the shower.

Super tidy, and really cozy

Greg was a wonderful host. Great communication! The place was really conveniently located, comfortable and honestly, pretty. It was well decorated. The patio was nice to sit out and look at the Lake and Marina. Our kiddos absolutely loved the pool and us parents loved the dock to fish off of. All in all, money well spent and a super memorable weekend. Thanks Greg for hosting such a beautiful condo!

Great place to stay for last minute get away!

Very happy with the communication with the property manager regarding our last minute reservation. We had issues with the internet connection and we had a response regarding work being done in the area and how to reset internet. Condo was directly on water with boat slip. Had three wonderful pools. As with most condo's in area we had to drive to see or do anything but overall three day get away was well worth it.

Entering the condo we thought it was fantastic. It was clean and in a great location, but I would’ve liked more amenities. Such as coffee, spices, etc. My concern is the handicap ramp if that’s what you call it that goes up to the steps, my friends and I tripped on it multiple times and that Saturday evening I went ahead first into the pavement concussion, blurry eyes scraped up nose a very fat lip. Both these were scraped. Both elbows were scraped have seen a doctor. I did send a message to Jason Bucher, asking for the insurance company for the parking lot so that I can address this with them. There are no signs that state watch your step. I believe handrail should be at least part of the way down that ramp or maybe this should be painted differently.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was exactly as described on the website. No surprises. It was gorgeously decorated and generously spacious. It was so quiet (it was November) and pleasant. My husband and I were hoping for a relaxing weekend getaway and that was exactly what we got. The kitchen was stocked generously with items that we needed to prepare meals. Although we didn't bring the kids this trip, I would bring them to this condo in the future. The second bedroom is on the other end of thr condo which would provide some privacy for both parents and kids. The directions for arrival and departure were exact and so helpful. I have rented for Jason before and both experiences have been perfect. I will rent from him in the future.

Ad on VBRO was incorrect and no one seemed to care.

Our condo was great! However, we search properties for a swim dock as we are lake people and I even purchased a 4 person raft so we could all be on the lake together. Imagine my total disappointment when we get there and signs are EVERYWHERE...NO SWIMMING DUE TO ELECTRICAL CURRENT IN WATER. That information on the ad would of been SO VERY HELPFUL. I felt like it was Bait and Switch. I texted our property mananger and he basically said it wasn't his issue and that we should rent a boat or go to a public beach. Hell I could of stayed in Kansas City if I wanted to go to a public beach and wow Rent a boat. Maybe everyone is rich but it was all I could do to swing the condo. Very disappointed in the ad being so wrong and the lack of empathy from condo personnel.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
