Awesome lake front view of the water, state park and overlooks the pool from private balcony. Ideal location close to the lakes most popular restaurants, shopping, and golf. Parkview Bay Condo. 30' boat slip available for $30 night.

Adult/Kids activities include: Water park, trampoline park, go karts, mini golf, fishing, golf, cave tours, boat tours and hiking the state parks.

Our host Marty was great! He had suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The condo was exactly as described. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would definitely try to stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

The manager Marty was amazing with any questions or if you needed anything not in condo. It was very clean, beautiful scenery and close to get in boat. Highly recommend for a nice stay. We will be back

Comfortable and clean condo- living room furniture was cozy and the beds and bedding were perfect. The ice machine was so nice to have- a real bonus for packing up a poolside cooler. We enjoyed our stay!

Great owners and Awesome place to stay

We went on a yearly fishing trip. Found this place in the area we wanted to be. We had great communication and was able to do a early check in. The boat slip was great with protected corners. The room was extremely clean and very nice. Will stay here again each year if possible

Good bang for the

Nice quiet unit, very clean and spacious. Great view of the sunrise and no afternoon sun beating in on the balcony. No steps-complex has an elevator right there by the unit entrance. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very awesome to work with.

What a great stay!

Loved the condo and the host! The pictures represent inside of the condo well, but they can't show the beauty of the view from the balcony! The condo had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It felt very homey and comfortable. Marty was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely stay again!

Long Weekend at the Lake

We loved our stay at the condo. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location that was easy to get to and close to many of the attractions and restaurants. Marty is the perfect host and very quick to respond to our messages and questions. This condo stocked many items that other VRBO condos do not, such as plenty of towels, soap, hand towels for kitchen, shampoo, paper towels, lots of coffee and lots of cooking pans, dishes, small appliances, etc. The deck overlooking the lake was a favorite spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening.
