As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next to a winding lake, Condo #722 has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, offers state-of-the-art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (with double oven and icemaker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, gas fireplace, dining room, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor balcony with ceiling fan overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and on-suite bathrooms. The Condo is located one floor above our main level.

Room rates DO NOT include a cleaning fee, damage waver and state/lodging taxes.

Love this place!!!!

Highly recommend this accommodation. Beautiful, clean, easy to access and very responsive manager. We will be staying here again.

Trip with my grandson

The property was clean and spacious. The location with secluded in a wooded area with a lake behind the property in a gated community. I had an issue with the gate code and Cliff was my go to person who helped me and stayed on the phone with me until I got in. My one minor complaint was that there wasnt a hairdryer and I had to go buy one but it was no big deal. There was a Dollar Store close by. Would definetly stay there again.

We were able to turn off the electronics and enjoy the outdoors. When needed, Cliff and Lisa were quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful and secluded, overlooking a lake. Not far from Fall Creek Falls at all. I would however recommend that the owner repair the internet network. Didn't really work at all during our stay.The metal cookware/utensils should be replaced, and the place could use a good deep spring cleaning.

We enjoyed the parks nearby and were able to travel an hour or so to other locations to visit. Definitely recommend using the road through the park to highways instead of the curvy ones. Bring lawn chairs! Only 1 outdoor chair on the balcony. Would have loved to have used the pool area. Pack your groceries because the nearest store is 20 minutes. Very relaxing and the condo was very clean and met our needs.

Private Retreat

The condo itself was very nice just as described. And we enjoyed ourselves. My children 8 YO learned how to fish on their own and caught a lot of fish. The road to the condo is washed pretty good. Luckily I have a SUV. We arrived at night and questioned if we were at the right place because of that. The condo only has a TV in the main living area. So my kids couldn't watch what they wanted without everyone watching it. And I like to watch a little bit of TV in bed to relax to. But we managed. I had no wifi service with my AT&T so I suggest printing the information Cliff sends you with all the codes on it prior. I did not and was going to just pull up on my phone. Luckiky I had remembered most of the necessities. The view to lake was overgrown some and you barely had one. It was not as clean as the pictures shown. The community pool waterfall wasn’t working and the pool had been patched with black tar. So it was unsightly and the tennis courts had weeds growing up in them. That whole area needed to be groomed. This was no fault of the host. It was a nice place to stay while we enjoyed some hiking at fall creek falls.

The property is large enough to have its own trails through the woods (not a long hike, but just great to meander along the lakeside while still remaining in the forest).

Reviewer Comments: Our condo had two nice bedrooms, private baths, and a great set-up. we stayed on the third (top) level for a wonderful view of the lake below. There is limited toilet paper and paper towels, limited dish washing detergent, and no bath soap, so bring your own. Our unit did not have a washer and dryer and we knew that coming in, so we brought enough extra clothing. We will rent this unit again. Very quiet private and safe place. Laid back and relaxing!

All of the lakes are breathtaking and there is so much outdoor fun the whole family can enjoy. The property managers go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was really hard to find with the written directions provided. we then were depending on our GPS bur lost our signal. It was so far out in the middle of nowhere! there was no washer/dryer in the unit and we had to constantly call about towels, etc. Our representative was very helpful but I felt bad that I was bothering her. On the plus side the condo was very nice and roomy on the inside. the view was very pretty. Not the fault of the rental agency but we were wishing we had known that the falls were completely dry!

Comfortable beds and sofas, well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances, flat screen TV. Beautiful view of the lake. Loved everything about the condo. The resort area, which is gated, is wonderful with lots of amenities (baseball field, basketball and tennis courts), but if you will have to bring the people. The onsite general store was not open. Also, not a problem for us, but the unit did not have a washer/dryer and luckily we brought a few extra towels. Plan ahead.The location is hard to find and please believe me when they say it is "remote." Make that stop at the WalMart in Sparta (?), even though it is 30 minutes away as there is literally NOTHING in Spencer. I would also recommend filling up with gas in Sparta, as the only gas station we could find was the Fall Creek Falls Market and we paid dearly for being so desperate. Also, there are NO restaurants of any kind nearby - no fast food - nowhere to eat, except the Fall Creek Falls Inn Restaurant, which is a blast from the past, buffet style, rather expensive and much like eating in a school cafeteria. Not recommended. Our family enjoyed playing golf at the state park and fishing, although we didn't have one nibble while we were there.

Kayak getaway at Trout Condos

The lakes were beyond wonderful and the kayaking time was a time of catching fish and relaxing.The main areas like the Pavillion and playground area could have been mowed and cleaned up better to be able to enjoy that element of the trip. They definitely needed more upkeep.

Family Reunion

It was the perfect way to get to nature and still have some luxuries of a nice condo and amenities. It was clean and modern. It was very remote which is nice for an escape, but far from any grocery or medical if needed. The pool was ice cold (we thought it was to be heated).

Peaceful Retreat by the Lake

Took 2 kids (8 and 10yrs old) - we enjoyed campfires, swimming in the lake (they caught 12 Blue Gills and its catch & release), swimming in the community pool, playing on the playground and basketball courts. Location is about 15 minutes from Falls Creek Falls Park with lots of hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc nearby.

Our condo was beautifully furnished and was the perfect location to relax after longs days hiking in area parks. The view from the deck was beautiful, and was the ideal place for my morning cup of coffee. We will definitely stay here again the next time we return to the area.
