We had an above excellent experience at Tropical Garden Villa. We have vacationed many times in LBTS but 1st here. Will be back. The location was great, quiet, convenient, clean and well furnished.Check the booking platform you use to avoid separate booking fees!!!

Wir haben schon einmal das Vergnügen gehabt bei Jan und Tom zu übernachten. Es war genauso toll wie damals. Auch, dass der Unterkunft Waschmöglichkeiten und das ganze Beachzubehör zur Verfügung steht fanden wir Mega. Die Lage ist natürlich einmalig, in 5min am Strand und ebenso schnell erreicht man Bars und Restaurants. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Highly Recommend!

This rental was perfect in every way - you could walk to beach, restaurants and store. The area felt very safe with families all around & a laid back atmosphere. The unit was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. The attention to detail and quick responses by the owners was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

Stay from April 7-11, 2024

The building, inside of the apartment and landscaping were very tidy and immaculate. The location is a couple of buildings away from north ocean blvd and commercial blvd. There’s no need for a vehicle. The location is very good. We had luggage and they let us drop it off before check in. There were plenty of bath, hand, washcloths and kitchen towels. The washer and dryer is a community washer and dryer. There are only 3 units that share them. The 3 units are all on the ground level. In my opinion, it would be a little crowded for me if we had more than the two of us. Not suited for people with a physical restriction as the beds are very high off of the floor. It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating and nice. We would stay again sometime.

Great location , great place for a small family or a two couples

Location is right where the action is. Beach , restaurants and shops. The unit was fairy quiet . Definitely considering the vehicle and foot traffic . We would definitely rebook if we do come back

Perfect for mother-daughter getaway!

Love Tropical Garden Villa! Easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Walgreen's, and the bus route! Plenty of space for our party of two, and everything you could need is provided - no need to try and pack beach towels or chairs because they're provided!

Great location and great hosts!

Staying at this place was great for us! The location had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Walgreens within walking distance which made our stay great! Jan was a perfect host and communicated everything easily with email and text and the place provided us with plenty of amenities that made going to the beach, cooking, and laundry easy to do! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location by the beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Steps to the beach

Cute patio, awesome place to be close to great restaurants in Lauderdale by the sea and super easy to grab your chair, shade and cooler and walk down the alley out to the beach. Being on the south side of the pier there's less people on the beach which is nice and being st the condo you don't have to worry about parking. It's like a block and s half to the beach and you pass public restrooms on the way. Ideal of you want to park it at the beach for a week but still be able to walk to a variety of food and adult nightlife this isn't spring break central.

Great little apartment by the sea

Great spot. Amazing location. Very clean. The building has three units so the outdoor space is shared. Free laundry was great. Kitchen very well stocked. We even had a blender. Owners very receptive. Came to clean a filter on the air conditioning units immediately after we called. Air conditioners we a little loud so ear plugs would be good for light sleepers. Beds were very comfy and seemed new (although very high off the floor - something to consider if you have small kids). TVs have hundreds of channels. Wifi was fast. The unit is very well insulated for noise. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside. It’s a two minute walk to the beach and pier. 12 minute walk to the Publix and Dollortree. Walgreens across the street (they sell basic food items and alcohol).

Amazing place and area

Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!

Very Accommodating!

We found this property for our last minute vacation get-away and we were not disappointed! It is so convenient to restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and especially the beach. Tom and Jan provide the beach towels, chairs umbrella and even sun protection lotions! It was so nice to not have to carry or purchase those items! The home was very comfortable and we felt very safe staying there.

The secluded courtyard provides privacy however, step outside and you are right in the middle of dozens of wonderful restaurants and a variety of shops. The villa has Direct HDTV's, WIFI, and washer and dryer for your convenience. Each bedroom has a private bath and the galley kitchen is perfect for cooking or just preparing a light meal. This villa is a great value that is close to the beach and all other activities.
