While located in a tranquil residential neighborhood, the apartment is within walking distance of well-known local bars like Charles, El Rocco, the Bun, and more. You’ll also find a variety of nearby restaurants, including the famous Red Peppers just a few blocks away, along with convenient amenities like gas stations. The welcoming atmosphere of the Gateway will make you feel right at home.

Public transportation is easy to access, with bus stops just a minute’s walk away. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are also readily available, making it simple to find a ride within a five-minute radius.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your host with any questions or concerns during your stay. Before departure, kindly turn off all lights and make sure any dishes you used are cleaned. We also ask that you avoid leaving leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator—please dispose of it in the garbage.

For bedsheets and used towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them, along with dirty towels, into the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and be respectful of neighbors and other residents.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please do not move, damage, or remove furniture or other items from the property.
Wash used dishes and dispose of leftover food and garbage properly.
Parking for up to two vehicles is available behind the building. Additional street parking may be available.
Observe all posted parking restrictions, especially during Wednesday street cleaning, to avoid receiving a ticket.
Report any damage, maintenance problem, water leak, or safety concern to the host immediately.
Before checkout, turn off all lights and appliances and securely close all doors and windows.
Remove only the used bedsheets and place them, along with used towels, in the provided bag.
Lock the apartment door and return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations during their stay.
