Come enjoy the desert with a brand new home at PGA West Signature. This two bedroom, two bathroom house with a spacious loft is light, bright, and full of personality.
Spend time with friends and family outside with the sitting area, patio, BBQ and three-hole putting green.
PGA West is known for world famous golf courses (6 public courses) and is close to Old Town La Quinta. The house is less than a 10 minute drive to the Empire Polo Fields and less than 15 miles from Acrisure Arena.

This home is very CLEAN, furnished nicely and very well stocked. The most well stocked rental we have ever experienced. The grill was very nice. The owners provided detailed information before arrival and were very responsive to the few text questions we had. Location is near the community pool and the restaurant at the golf club house. So much near within a few miles.
