This property had everything we needed during our stay. Pool was amazing and the home is located in a quiet community with lots of dining nearby. Definitely well worth it if you’re in the Cape Coral area!

No smoke alarms in any rooms in the house. Missing fan controller and washing machine did not work. When I reached out to the owner, they asked what was going on and then never heard back from them. They had a few automated messages asking how things were going but never responded. There was a stop construction notice in the front window and patch of what looked like mold on the back of the house. The fence was covered in algae. No washclothes were provided. The towels were old, some stained and falling apart. The inside of the house was gorgeous from a distance but the stove top was coated in grime. The lanae was disgusting, covered in old spider webs. The exhaust fan in the master bath was coated with almost an inch of dust. The grill was coated in gunk and no grill utensils were provided. There was also a note of the back of the bedroom door with a list of previous renter complaints, many mimicking what we found. The garage was transformed into a fourth bedroom but not done so properly, with the garage door just being caulked shut from the outside. When I contacted the city regarding the stop construction notice, they confirmed it was pertaining to the garage bedroom not being done properly. Overall, while from a distance, the inside was nice, when you started looking it was gross. The communication from the owners was non existent. The lack of any smoke alarms in the house was extremely concerning and is violating code. The outside is not maintained and is rundown

Dirty house and lies told to us

The house was filty upon our arrival. No supplies in the home. We had to spend 35.00 of our own money to buy essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, wash cloths, etc. The BBQ area waa nasty, same as other reviews. Sprayed drinks on the ceiling. Dirty and unsanitary bathrooms. Had dirt, hair, and dried urine on the floors. We were lied to about a refund on our cleaning supplies and the time we had to spend cleaning this house. Large "stop work immediately " on the front window since November of 2024. The home itself is very nice, just really dirty and neglected. The outside looks bad and I spoke to neighbors who said that they are upset the way it looks. The pool was nice. Not heated as said. The pool guy confirmed that it wasnt even working at all. The lack of cleanliness, lies, and neglect, I would NEVER recommend the home. Honest and accurate. The post will not allow me to add photos. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Not good

Pool was green. We were messaged 40 minutes before we arrived and told they just added chemicals and wait 24 hours before using. The pool was green the entire stay. We left voice messages and messaged thru VRBO. They finally responded telling us they would have someone come take care of it. Nobody ever showed up. The master bathroom fan is caked with dust. The ceiling fans were filthy. It looks like soda was sprayed on the ceiling and no one has cleaned it. The drapes in front living room are completely see thru. People can see inside at night when you’re watching tv. There was not one dish towel or dish cloth. The 4 th bedroom is in the garage with the washer and dryer. There is a notice on front window to stop renovations. There is not enough towels or washcloths to last a day without doing laundry. We actually had to go buy washcloths because the ones provided had holes in them. They actually looked like rags. No extra blankets. The umbrella for the patio looks like it was picked out of the garbage. We had to clean all of the kitchen drawers because they were full of crumbs. One broom with no dust pan. The screened in area was full of spider webs and spiders. We cleaned that too. The best part was the location.

Not as advertised

The location of this property is very good. However, the condition of the property was not as expected. Their was significant algae blooms in the pool and a spider infestation around the pool area. In addition, a sign is posted on the main window of the house stating that the house does not have all permits and approvals required for the work that was completed on the house.

Very nice property in a nice peaceful neighborhood

Great property! Completely updated interior. Open concept with gorgeous marble flooring throughout. Kitchen has all new appliances. Large bedrooms with new modern furniture. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Multiple patio doors led to the new heated pool and large rear patio. Host was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Overall a good stay

Overall the stay was pretty good. It wasn't the cleanest place, but nothing was extraordinarily dirty. The pool did start getting a bit gross by the end of the stay. There was also a stop construction immediately sign on the house that was a bit sketchy. We had two issues during our stay. One was taken care of immediately and the other was pushed aside and ignored. The hosts were generally responsive apart from that one issue.

Awesome Property

This house was great. So pretty, lots of room, very quiet nice neighborhood, super close to stores and restaurants. I really appreciated the lil extra touches like the wonderful rain showers, bidets, high quality appliances and beautiful pool. TVs had every channel imaginable. And the property was so squeaky clean. Would without hesitation rent again if we ever come back to the area.

Girls Getaway to Cape Coral

The house is quite comfortable and spacious. Very modern decor. Spacious kitchen and island. The pool was the highlight of our stay. House is in a great neighborhood in close proximity to area restaurants. Only 30 minutes to Sanibel.

Good time

👎(-) We Had a real hard time getting a hold of the property manager The house was very nice on the inside, however the grill wasn’t clean. So we couldn’t grill, like we planed. There wasn’t any door mats, so it was hard to keep the floors clean. There was a broom, but no mop. It rained, Friday & Sat. So we put the towels down by the doors. And there was very few towels. So we washed them for re-use. The beds were very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any pillows on the couch or a throw blanket to snuggle in. The trash out side was never picked up from the people before, and was full of maggots, the smell was putrid. The silverware was also dirty. The grass was long on Friday, & cut on Saturday (so the fresh grass got all on our feet and coolers) 👍(+) we loved the look of the house, the pool is what we came for. And it was the best. We already are planning to return again. There is a restaurant near by called The Boat House, it was perfect. And not far from Sanibel Island. Above all, we did enjoy the stay. We do want to come again. We loved all the remodeling, just not the beds. You could use some potted plants around the pool.

Would rent again

It is very obvious that the owner is spending a lot on updating the home. The newly installed pool was amazing!! The interior of the home was meticulous. The exterior of the home needs work. This was called out in the listing, so we weren’t expecting perfection. If we return to the Fort Myers area, we would definitely rent this home again.

Immaculate modern rental on fantastic location

I stayed at this rental with my sister for 4 days and wish it could have been longer. It was spotless and so relaxing and very close to everything.. The check-in process was seamless and the management company was so responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental and if I return to the area I will definitely try to stay here again.

Nice and Quiet

I had an incredible stay. The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown. The property itself was a quiet and pristine oasis, tastefully decorated. The host was exceptionally accommodating, and their recommendations for local attractions made my trip even more enjoyable.
