✅ Please request pool heat at least 24–48 hours before arrival so the water has time to warm



✅ Dogs are welcome — $50 per pet

✅ No cats



✅ Signed guest agreement + waiver required before arrival

✅ Children must be supervised at all times (unfenced pool + canal nearby)

✅ Trash & recycling pickup is Monday — please set bins out Sunday

✅ Early check-in / late check-out may be available for $20 each (if available)

✅ Florida is tropical and occasional insects may appear — please keep doors closed

✅ For direct/VRBO bookings only: a $500 authorization hold may be required (not charged)
