Tropical Retreat in Southwest Cape Coral

This beautiful southwest Cape Coral home features a split bedroom design as well as a game room with a heated pool and 5 person jacuzzi in your private lanai. This home backs up to a wooded preserve and a nature trail of with abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoises. Both the master and guest bedroom have private entrances from the lanai. Pets welcome.

The pool heater is electric and set to 87 degrees at all times with no extra charge. The spa is a stand alone so you’re able to control the temperature there at will.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

The house was clean and we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals when we wanted to stay in and eat. What we love most was the fact that it’s a very quiet neighborhood! The pool and the hot tub were awesome! We use those a lot. The water was warm and clean! The bed was very comfortable! We slept very well. Pete was excellent to communicate with and was responsive. We saw bald eagles on a couple of different occasions, and a couple of Cooper’s! This is a house that we would definitely come back to!
We all enjoyed being outside by the pool!
Sunsets were colorful!

This is a very nice straight forward vacation home that meets the needs for multiple bedrooms, comfortable seating in the living room, very nice hot tub with plenty of room and a beautiful pool with a nice deeper end. The nature preserve just across from the back of the home allows for glimpses of various Florida birds and insects. We were totally pleased with this location including the attentiveness of the maintenance man and grass trimming services. Our stay was not negatively affected by any of these people. We would definitely consider coming back to this location. Great home in a good location within Cape Coral.

Just Perfect

We had a wonderful time. House was as described in listing. Super clean and well presented to the guest. Highly recommend for a quiet and peaceful stay. Pool was well maintained and very enjoyable. Hope to stay there often as we visit family in area.

Peaceful

It was a great location for what we needed. House was very spacious. Beds were comfortable pool area and hot tub were both amazing. The view is absolutely stunning when the sun goes down. We’ll definitely stay again. Next time we come to Cape Coral if it is available love the layout. Host response rapidly very nice thanks for letting us stay at your home. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great home in Cape Coral

We stayed for two weeks and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. The large family room easily accommodated all of us and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of the home is the lanai and pool deck. It offers plenty of space to relax, the pool was large, the water was a perfect temp, and there’s also a hot tub, which we enjoyed as well. Our host, Pete, was VERY responsive anytime I had to reach out about something. The only downside is the home lacks a few comfort things like bedside lamps, dressers in two of the three bedrooms, and cushions for the pool loungers (we solved that with a trip to Target). The people staying in those two bedrooms had to rely solely on overhead lighting at night and lived out of their suitcase on the floor of their closet. This is the only reason why I rated four stars vs. five stars. Having said that, I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation!!

This home was beautiful and perfectly matched the listing. It was spacious and comfortable and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! Pete made sure we had all info we needed prior to check in and followed up before check out, making the process effortless. We would absolutely stay here again, it was perfection!!

Pool & Hot Tub Made the Trip!

Traveling with preteens, this home was perfect. They practically lived in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The location is convenient to everything, and the area was great for our daily walks.The only request I would make is a piece of furniture in bedrooms 2 & 3 to unload our luggage.We would definitely stay here again if visiting Cape Coral.

Wow

We enjoyed our stay. One of the best properties of our Vrbo stays. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear. The pool was heated so I got to spend some time in the pool and then jump in the hot tub. The property has a walking trail behind the backyard. The neighbors we nice and we got to meet some pet lovers while walking our four legged family member. The kitchen had all of the appliances. The mattresses were very comfortable and the living/family room was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor screened patio area was spacious and inviting. I would recommend this property for families and will be looking to book this property in the future.
