Tropical Retreat in Southwest Cape Coral

This beautiful southwest Cape Coral home features a split bedroom design as well as a game room with a heated pool and 5 person jacuzzi in your private lanai. This home backs up to a wooded preserve and a nature trail of with abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoises. Both the master and guest bedroom have private entrances from the lanai. Pets welcome.

The pool heater is electric and set to 87 degrees at all times with no extra charge. The spa is a stand alone so you’re able to control the temperature there at will.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Loved the sectional couch, kitchen, heated pool & hot tub. Plus the walking trail right in the backyard got a ton of use by our group. Liked the location overall.

The outdoor area was exactly what we were looking for. A fenced in yard for our dog, a warm pool, and a hot tub. The property is located a in a quiet neighborhood but within 3 miles of grocery, restaurants, and gas station. The home can accommodate 6 adults. The interior accommodations are comfortable and clean including the beds, and living room furniture. We would definitely return to this property.

LOVE the location - peace and quiet, only birds (an owl too) backed up to a small nature preserve with trails. The warm pool was the best! Grill was new and a fresh tank of propane arrived from the host upon arrival. Great neighborhood and very private.

We just left from our Spring Break vacation. Booked for family of 4 and the host couldn’t have made this a more enjoyable experience. He was readily available to answer any and all questions and happily provided suggestions as we were new to the area. The home was complete with the amenities needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We felt right at home and did not want to leave when it was time. The pool and hot tub were a daily enjoyment. My sons 12 & 11 loved the pool area as well as the game room! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms provided all the storage we needed. I would highly recommend and stay again when in need for the area! Thank you again for a memorable stay and time for my family!

We spent the month of February 2026 at this wonderful place and couldn't have enjoyed it more! The pool is beautiful, hot tub was a great bonus (especially for the unusually cold days we experienced!), check in was easy, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The set up of the house is great as the master is on one side of the house, with the spare rooms on the other. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking, and the location is also good (10-20 minutes from everything we needed) and in a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be going back!!!

We've stayed here two times now and both have been excellent. House has everything we need, pool and hot tub are fantastic, and the owner is very responsive. We like the little walking park behind the house too. House is in a convenient location and we look forward to coming back!

We have rented through VRBO numerous times over the years but none have been so welcoming as this stay. The pool and hot tub were exactly as described. But what stood out head and shoulders above our other rentals was the extremely warm and welcoming interior. The cleanliness was second to none. In our opinion this home was simply the “GOLD STANDARD “ for vacation rentals. Thank you pales in comparison to our overwhelming experience delivered by the homeowner.

The house was clean and we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals when we wanted to stay in and eat. What we love most was the fact that it’s a very quiet neighborhood! The pool and the hot tub were awesome! We use those a lot. The water was warm and clean! The bed was very comfortable! We slept very well. Pete was excellent to communicate with and was responsive. We saw bald eagles on a couple of different occasions, and a couple of Cooper’s! This is a house that we would definitely come back to!
We all enjoyed being outside by the pool!
Sunsets were colorful!

This is a very nice straight forward vacation home that meets the needs for multiple bedrooms, comfortable seating in the living room, very nice hot tub with plenty of room and a beautiful pool with a nice deeper end. The nature preserve just across from the back of the home allows for glimpses of various Florida birds and insects. We were totally pleased with this location including the attentiveness of the maintenance man and grass trimming services. Our stay was not negatively affected by any of these people. We would definitely consider coming back to this location. Great home in a good location within Cape Coral.

Cape Coral

Before booking, the property owner was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions about the home. That gave me confidence to go ahead and book the property—and I’m so glad I did! The stay was excellent, and everything met or exceeded my expectations.
