It is so beautiful in the winter on the lake. Glad you got to enjoy it and have a great time. Thank you for the nice review and please come back again!
This was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in, particularly considering that pets were welcome. The home had nearly everything we needed, the location was gorgeous, the couch and beds were comfortable -- our group of 4 adults and kids 8 - 15 had a great few days over the New Year holiday.

Thank you for your kind words. I’m so glad you had a great time. Please come back again!
While things got off to a bit of a bumpy start and we needed to work things out with our host, our host was good at communicating and was able to set things right in the end. We had a truly wonderful time once things were all straightened out.
We’ve rented a number of houses and have been disappointed with the quality of the house or housewares, cheap pans, knives, cooking utensils. Well not this house, we had everything we needed and then some! You can tell the hosts truly care

We spent two weeks on the lake, and had a wonderful time. The house had everything that we needed, and we went to bed and woke to the loons each day. We had beautiful weather, warm days, and cool nights, with gorgeous sunsets.Jenifer was very responsive, and the check-in and checkout could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Theresa! So glad you had a great time and we hope you come back.
Beautiful location and house is perfect for family with teenagers and perfect for enjoying the lake. In addition to lake activities which can’t be beat especially with swimable dick, cayaks and floaties, house has hot tub, pingpong table and flat part of back yard for play, no need to go anywhere. Nearby Hallowell is lovely with restaurants and cafes. I can’t say enough positive things about property!

About the host

I grew up on this beautiful lake!
Why they chose this property
Easy access to town and everything, but still feels miles away.
What makes this property unique
The sunsets are to die for! The island directly across will never be developed so you always have a peaceful view with lots of wildlife to enjoy. Bald eagles, osprey, the magical sounds of the loons, owls, foxes, beavers, etc. Not to mention the great bass fishing - even right off the dock.
