We live in rural Vermont and like solitude. This property had it! Property was very clean and was exactly as described. The view truly is incredible. Property is small, perfect for 2, might be a bit crowded with more. We were visiting folks from Colby - 25 minute drive and much better than the hotels in Waterville. A gem

Peaceful getaway

We had a lovely stay at Pete’s cabin while visiting our daughter at Colby for parents weekend. Such a cozy cabin and was very clean! We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views and had some Bald Eagle sightings!

Very comfortable and pleasant

Pete's place was really comfortable.Great view of pond, comfortable rooms and a good kitchen.The only suggestion we would make would be for guests arriving at night- the signage was hard to see on the camp road.

Comfortable Cabin with Amazing Views

Pete’s house is a perfect spot to chill or as a landing spot to visit what Maine has to offer. The location on Webber Pond is amazing. Thank you for sharing your cabin for all to appreciate. We hope to be back in warmer weather to really enjoy the water.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. My friend and i had a good time fishing on webber pond and some other lakes. We rented his cabin next door last year and same results. We will be returning again.

Amazing place to stay

The cabin and amenities are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with sundries (coffee, tea, condiments, etc.). The host was VERY responsive with questions and the place was just wonderful. The views of the lake are amazing, especially when sitting by the firepit.

Relaxing stay by Webber Pond

Cabin is very nice and relaxing. Great view of Webber Pond. Welcoming and homey. Clean, comfortable and everything needed. Wish we had more time but just had a weekend.

Fall Retreat

Enjoyed staying at Pete’s Place! It’s located in a a quiet and beautiful spot. We enjoyed watching the Loons and also the Canadien Geese heading south. The cabin was full of interesting sports memorabilia which was fun to see! The cabin was warm, clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was well supplied- All in all a great trip and a great experience!

Loved it!

We loved Pete's place! It was very cozy. Everything was clean. Communication with Pete was easy. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillow if you can.

A piece of heaven

Very quiet, safe and comfortable. They have thought of everything, in abundance. Generous, clean, comfortable, welcoming I felt such a sense of luxury without the fuss, just everything you could need is there. Then that view every morning - a dramatic sunrise, and evening, all the pathways lighted in a romantic, dreamy way. Yes, you will love it here.

My grandparents built a seasonal camp on this location in the early 1960's. At that time it was all family that lived in the cove, my grandfather and grandmother's sisters families were neighbors. Webber Pond has always been sentimental to me ever since I was a kid and spent summers camping here.

BOAT RENTAL OPTION: Enhance your vacation experience with an awesome boat rental! An 18' Bayliner 180 Bowrider with a 90 HP Mercury. $250/day and $1,250/week includes 10 gallons of free gas and no delivery fees.

*Compare with area rentals that charge $1,500-$1,700 per week for a similar rental in addition to a delivery fee and a large security deposit.
