- We provide inner slippers, kindly remove outdoor footwear inside the unit.
- Kindly throw excess foods and/or oils directly to the trash bin not to the sink to avoid clogs.
- All trash must be thrown to the trash storage room near the fire exit area.
-Please turn off tv, lights, water, and/or any appliances when not in use and before leaving the unit.
- Pool access must be pre arranged in advance.
- All guests should always observe precautionary measures. The unit owner or caretaker has no responsibility and will not be held liable for any accident that may arise during your stay at Field Residences including direct or indirect losses, arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss accident, or expense including consequential loss.
- For early or late check out (upon availability), kindly coordinate ahead of time.
- Lost keys will be charged PHP 1,000.00

Following rules must be adhere to avoid penalty charges/ fines of PHP 1,000.00.
- No hanging of clothing, rugs, or floor mats in the balcony railings.
- No cooking allowed in the balcony.
- Loud noises may incur violation charges.
- Strictly no smoking in the unit, balcony, building or common areas (please ask the guard for the smoking area).
- Smoking alarm or fire alarm set off due to negligence.
