This second floor beach home is ready for your getaway.

Relax by the waterfront pool overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and watch dolphins, pelicans and the occasional manatee glide by. You’re just steps from the beach, grocery store and local restaurants, making it easy to settle in and unwind.

The condo is designed for up to two guests and features one bedroom, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, spacious closets and large flat-screen TVs. Free Wi-Fi and cable are included.

Stroll to the sand in minutes or explore nearby St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach and Tampa attractions. Universal Studios and Walt Disney World are about 90 minutes away.

Larry, our host was very accommodating, answered our questions and has a great condo in a perfect location. Everything was as described and in good working order. Very convenient to groceries, shops and eating establishments, oh and of course the Beach!!

Ideal place to unwind be it by the onsite pool or a short walk from the beach. Both the unit and property were well kept and inviting. Plenty of restaurants and local vibe just a short walk away!

The location of the property is excellent, walking distance to everything, the pool and view are fantastic. The condition of the unit was not so great. Th outdoor furniture is in poor condition, the front door is hard to close (warped), the front door blinds are not connected and bang against the door every time itis opened/closed. The couch and rug are worn and tired looking. We found food on the floor, not clean. I have stayed at other units in the complex, this one has not had any work done or updates and feels it. Ther is paint on hardware and hinges throughout. TV cabinet looks like a fire trap, a nest of wires. No smoke detector in the kitchen, thermometer has message to change air filter. Overall, condo is in poor condition and needs some tender loving care.

I take the condition of the unit seriously and have already completed a full inspection with my cleaner following your stay. A deep clean has been completed, and I’m reinforcing cleaning standards to ensure consistency. The front door alignment is something I’m actively working to resolve, as it appears to be related to the frame. I’ll be addressing this during my next visit. This is the first time I’ve received this type of feedback. The property has consistently received strong reviews on other platforms and has been recognized as a Guest Favorite, so I take these comments seriously and am using them to make improvements. I appreciate the input and remain focused on providing a great experience for future guests.
