The home offers 3 generous bedrooms with full bedroom sets and two recently updated bathrooms. The large yard with privacy fence is great for kids and pets. There is high speed internet and a desk for those who need to work while they play.
Each of the three bedrooms have 2 night stands, a dresser, hampers, 2 lamps, quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king bed and the two secondary bedrooms have queen beds. There is a 55" smart TV in the master bedroom. All rooms have large closets and the master bedroom has 2 walk in closets. The living room is quite large and has two couches, a chair, desk with chair, tables, a 65" smart TV with Roku and Samsung TV and extra blankets for couch cuddling. There are two dining areas - one table with 4 chairs in the breakfast area, and a formal dining room table that sits 8. All of the furniture is brand new! The covered patio has a table and seating for 4 and the large yard has a wooden privacy fence.
The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. There is Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filter water dispenser and there is an extra refrigerator in the 2 car garage. Guests are welcome to use the garage.
There is a full laundry room with front loader washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.
There is easy access to I-35, George Bush Turnpike, and Hwy 121 from this location. There are multiple grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of the house as well as tons of great restaurants and entertainment nearby. The home is only 15 minutes from Grandscape and Addison, and 30 minutes from Six Flags, Cowboy's Stadium, and Ranger's Stadium. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garage.

We stayed at this property for a visit to Parker University’s Chiropractic School. The house is in a great spot with easy access to all areas of metro Dallas. The house is clean and as advertised. The owner was more than accommodating allowing us to check in early on our day of arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and having a garage for parking and easy access to the home was awesome. Will stay here again if we return to Dallas for an extended stay.

Needs better cleaning
When speaking to the manager we were warned and advised DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. As the city was cracking down on street Parker’s. M ?p Needless to say EVERY neighbor parks on the street. WE barely could fit our truck down the street. The master bathroom still had someone else’s used razor and body wash in shower. The guest bathroom had long black hair all over. One guest bedroom had an Oreo cookie package under the bed. Back patio chair was broken as was the medicine cabinet on master. Kitchen cabinets had been painted and a lot of the paint was peeling. The home needs a deep cleaning and some touch up remodel work. We stayed in the home for 7 days and overall served our needs but again this home needs a deep cleaning.

I'd like to address some of your comments here. 1. The city recently put an ordinance in place that does not allow street parking for STR guests. This does not apply to homeowners. We are fighting this ordinance, but it is in place right now and I wanted to make you aware so you didn't receive a citation. 2. The previous cleaner forgot to clean the shower before your stay. This is NOT ok with me, and this cleaner has been fired, but I did offer to send the cleaner back to clean the shower and you declined. We have a wonderful cleaner cleaning this home now. 3. This home was fully remodeled 2 years ago. Thank you for staying with us.
