Lovely updated ranch-styled house and pool.

This house was nicely updated and is in a neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants and shopping or bike easily.

Beautiful, comfortable property in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The house was sparkling clean, very comfortable and well stocked. The pool and sauna were amazing, we appreciated the ability to control the pool temp as we did have some cooler days during our stay. You can't beat the location, it was quiet yet very close to everything you need in Sarasota! The property manager was very easy to communicate with, we had a little issue with a slow drain and they had a very friendly, efficient plumber out to fix it the same day! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great experience except for....

the last week the temperature of the pool never got over 81 degrees. We should have notified the property agency since they were always prompt and helpful (Anthony is the best) but since the pool leaked and needed to be refilled we told the owners helper. He and the owner tried to remedy the situation but couldn't they were going to wait until we left. That didnt help us. Didn't get reimbursed for this last week of no heat. Neighborhood was great but one neighbor complained about indoor music at 930am on a Saturday(windows had to be open since AC wasn't working at the time) and then my dog barked for less than 2 minutes and he yelled ...
