サラソタの素晴らしいロケーションにある、新しく改装されたデザイナー所有の3ベッドルームのプロパティ。モダンな建築、20世紀半ばのインスピレーションを受けた家具、オリジナルのテラゾー床が特徴です。有名なビーチ、レストラン、アクティビティまで数分。

新しく改装された腎臓の形をした塩水、温水プール、プールの周りのゴム製デッキ、屋外シャワー、ラウンジチェアやダイニングエリアを含むモダンな屋外家具を備えた、楽しくて静かな熟考のための広いプライベート裏庭。

マンゴー、バナナ、クワを含む多くの果樹、および多くの種のヤシの木が特徴の熱帯の土地。

食器洗い機、製氷機付きフレンチドア冷蔵庫、Jenn-Airストーブ、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ジューサーなどのステンレス製の電気器具を備えたフルシェフのキッチン。

We enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was lovely. I loved the layout. The owner was super responsive when we needed the heat, as we were there for a cold weekend. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool, though it looked really nice. The towels were amazing. Overall, wonderful experience.

The home has a wonderful location and good layout for guests. It was well stocked with the essentials for a nice visit. My only criticism is that all of the seating is very low to the ground. The sofas were hard to use for older guests.

Darling place that is very spacious for the overall square footage. The decor was charming, the beds were like heaven, and the heated pool in the private, screened back yard was fantastic! The kitchen had everything needed to make gourmet meals in the evenings, or to just grab a quick breakfast as you start your day. Located close to most everything, but still a peaceful oasis. Host is very responsive, and has clearly defined rules & regs to make your stay easy and comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Pool was clean and warm!! Check in process was easy peasy. Host was very communicative and very helpful, answered questions promptly. House was stocked with seasonings, pot pans everything needed to cook in house. We LOVED this property! The host was amazing, house comfortable, clean and beautiful! The kitchen is fabulous and perfect how it opens to the dining area and living room. The pool and outdoor amenities were better than expected. We made ourselves right at home. Looking forward to going back!!

Amazing!

The Palm House is exactly as listed. It is a beautiful, open space house that feels like home. The house was extremely clean upon check in, everything needed for our stay was availably ( kitchen utensils and cookwear, linens, towel, beach chairs, beach towels, etc). We used the pool every day and couldnt have been happier. The landscaping was a nice bonus as it is beautiful. We would recommend the Palm House to anyone considering a stay in Sarasota.

Perfect location...very close to shops, restaurants and Siesta Keys Beach. Everything was cleaned, organized, and well stocked. The host provided detailed information upon check in / throughout the stay...very quick to respond! The backyard was (plentiful) immaculately landscaped...fully fence with grass for the pups and immense privacy. Loved the heated pool (long enough for laps) and heated outdoor shower. The design / layout was amazing, all bedrooms faced the pool with sliding glass doors, blinds and roller shades. The beds were bery comfortable, cold AC and fans. Love the back bed room with the couch our main hangout. The front room main TV area was great for movie night very spacious! Will be recommending this place to others!!

Great house, pool and host. Somewhat far from downtown and shops (traffic is brutal). However, the house was perfect and not one issue.

This place is so pretty! Comfortable for 5 adults, plenty of places to hang out and relax, well equipped kitchen, nice big table for eating in or games.

Great stay!

The Palmhouse is in a suburban neighborhood- a quick drive to grocery stores and 15 mins from Siesta Key beaches. It was convenient and a comfortable place to stay. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful when needed. The pool is nice and the shed had some coolers, beach chairs, etc we could use. It may be worthy to note that one bedroom of the house is only accessible by walking through another bedroom- that didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back if we were ever in the area again.

A Little Oasis

We had a wonderful stay. Well equipped with a nice private heated pool and quiet backyard. It lists as having a hot tub but it’s just a seat in the actual pool. Didn’t make a difference to us. We would recommend and will stay here again.

We adore Sarasota for its beautiful beaches, great art scene and amazing restaurants. There is always a lot to do, with kids or without.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the mall in 15 minutes, or drive there in a couple of minutes. It's about a 10 minutes drive to famous Siesta key beach, which is known for its fabulous sand, which honestly feels like powdered sugar! Very close to Lido beach as well, and you can also drive to Longboat key from here and also the absolutely gorgeous Anna Maria Island where watching the sunset at The Sandbar restaurant is nothing short of spectacular.
