The first floor includes a kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies. There are two counter-height stools at the counter. The attached dining room includes a table that seats six. The living room has two couches and a 42” LCD television and a DVD player. The living room opens up to a private patio, with outdoor seating for four, and a gas BBQ.
The first floor also features a half-bath and coat closet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and an adjoining outside deck. Enjoy coffee on the second-floor deck each morning. Master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and LCD television. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, a dresser, and tv. Both bedrooms include window air-conditioners, and large closets. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a double sink. A stacked full-size washer and dryer are housed off of the upstairs hallway.
