While Moody beach itself is private for sunbathing, you can enjoy scenic shoreline walks there all the way to Ogunquit, or visit Crescent Beach, an easy 10 minute walk for full beach access, including swimming and relaxing in the sand.

We were back for another wonderful visit to Sealview. The condo is perfectly stocked and extremely clean. You can't beat the views of the ocean and access to local restaurants and activities. The owner is superb and responsive to all questions. Can't wait to go back!

Gisele's house is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. She has thought of everything. The house is beautiful and you can't beat the views. So relaxing. And the location...you are a quick car ride to beaches(Wells, Drake's Island, Ogunquit), the Marginal Way(a must see!), and lighthouses(Nubble, Goat), etc. Gisele, thank you for a wonderful visit.

You Won't Miss Home

You won't miss home for one minute while staying at Sealview. This apartment is full of picture windows with lots of bright space in each room and every amenity you can think of. Lots of comfortable seating including two of the most amazing recliners with ocean views. The beds are just as comfy as the recliners making for a peaceful, tranquil vacation in a quiet neighbourhood. Gisele was wonderful to deal with and she takes great pride in making sure the apartment is extremely clean (not an exaggeration) and well maintained.

Seal View Condos are magnificent on many levels, from the ease of checking in, the meticulous attention to the needs of guests as well as the comforting detail and design of the condo that framed the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean crashing on the rocks. We stayed on the second floor with many perfect ways to enjoy the ever changing sea. Giselle was very attentive with quick response to questions. The ease, comfort and beauty of Seal View brought a much needed retreat to our lives. It was everything we expected and much more!

Why they chose this property

Newly semi retired, we found SealView in November of 2018, as our next chapter in life and the perfect place to spend time with our grown children, as well as sharing it with others.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful, panoramic ocean views are always changing, always stunning, in all weather. From the minute we first walked in, we were taken by the views in every direction. Waking up in the morning to mesmerizing sunrises over the ocean, with loved ones and a cup of coffee is a wonderful way to start the day. The charming neighborhood, nearby rocky or sandy beaches are perfect for long walks and reflective interludes.
