A fun & happy guesthouse with a loft! Located 15 min. from Erskine College.

Welcome to our newly built flat with a loft in the town of Honea Path, SC. Providing the traveler with a cozy place to sleep for up to 5 people. Perfect place for small family or individual travelers. Centrally located you will find a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The Honey Flat is close to the road so you will hear traffic and occasional emergency vehicles. You may wake up to a friendly rooster . . . we have a coop located behind the building. Just 15 minutes from Erskine College , 25 minutes from Anderson, 25 min. from Greenwood, and 50 min. from Clemson University. Come stay in our fully furnished, tiny guesthouse. We look forward to hosting you in our small town with a big heart.

My stay at The Honey Flat was for 2 full weeks and this was the perfect “Home away from home”. A beautiful and well appointed guesthouse. Plenty of amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Convenient location for families visiting Erskine College. Good local restaurants in close proximity. The host is kind and personable, very responsive to communication, and eager to assist with any questions. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Holly was super nice and responded quickly to messages the honey path was beautiful also close to family which was really convenient since we got to spend more time together than having to drive so far 10 out of 10 for the stay

My Tactical partner and I needed a place to rest during the tactical games in Laurens. This place was awesome. Super clean, easy to access. It was a tad smaller than I thought but it didn't really matter since we just needed a cozy space to crash, get cleaned up, and eat our meals. I would totally recommend this place. Thanks Holly!Scott

This was the loveliest home rental we’ve ever booked. Immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The snacks, beverages, and fresh homemade cinnamon rolls put it over the top. I wish I could find a place like this everywhere I travel!

Sweetest little Guesthouse

2 moms and 2 daughters weekend. This little guesthouse was prefect for us. Location was a quick little drive to Rock The Country in Anderson. Quiet and cute little neighborhood.

Great Place to Sleep

We needed a place to sleep close by for our competition, this place was perfect. Easy to get to, super clean and very comfortable. There wasn't a lot to choose from, so it was very impressive how great this place was!

Wonderful Property

Loved all the special touches upon arrival. The fresh eggs, water bottles in the fridge, snacks, etc. Holly did an amazing job! The property was clean and exactly as described. I would highly recommend this guesthouse!

Perfect!

This was perfect for me! I was working nearby and this was a great little spot. I was able to cook meals, relax, and do work. The bed was super comfortable. There was construction going on, but at the night the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Hoping I can book again in the future!
