PETS - we are happy to host one (1) hypoallergenic dog 50lbs or smaller for a $90 pet fee (no other animal species, puppies, or incontinent dogs). Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund. If your dog is a barker and causes disturbance to neighbors, you will be asked to end your stay. Dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations & flea/tick treatments, potty trained for outdoors (no puppy pads allowed) . Must stay off furniture and be leashed outdoors (the yard is not fenced in). Must not be left unattended (if left alone, must be crated). Owners will bag and dispose of poop.
