Fully furnished with a large private yard, pool, and hot tub, this 2-story home with mountain views features 4 bedrooms with a separate studio that offers extra space for work or leisure as well as a small separate 1 bedroom cottage with a full bath.

Great house for a family get together over Christmas holiday week. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for eating in. Less than 5 minute drive to downtown Montecito and all the restaurants and shops. Short walk down a quiet street to the beach - we enjoyed beach walks every day and a beautiful sunset on New Years Day.
