Gated & hedged for maximum privacy, it sits in Montecito's beach neighborhood, just steps from the Miramar Resort & Coast Village for all shopping & dining needs. Fully furnished with a large private yard, pool & hot tub, this 2-story home with mountain views features 4 bedrooms with a separate studio & pool house that offers extra space for work or leisure.
Located in Montecito's beach community, walking distance to the Beach (Miramar, Hammonds and Butterfly Beach) and next door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort. Just a two minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Coast Village Road and Upper Village Montecito for all your dining and shopping needs. Please note that train runs through the beach community in Montecito and Santa Barbara so you should expect to hear the train periodically.
No Smoking: Please do not smoke inside the property.
No Parties: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
