We loved our stay at the house. The oceanfront setting is beautiful, and it was such a treat to be right on Miramar Beach. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The location is excellent and is a really special spot in Montecito. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.”

Incredible location on Miramar beach 5 houses away from the Rosewood. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery shopping in Montecito. Wonderful house, wonderful location, and wonderful service. Gabi was friendly and communicative throughout the entire experience. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful beach weekend. July 4th Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Montecito beach house over the 4th of July weekend. The location couldn’t be better—right on the sand with stunning ocean views and close to the Miramar Hotel and the lower village Montecito shops and restaurants.! The home was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked,. The outdoor space was perfect and it is where we spent most of the time. Communication with the host, Gabi, was smooth and responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Gabi was wonderful—fast to communicate and very accommodating. The location of the house is absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself didn’t feel as luxurious as we expected for the price. The downstairs room felt more like a cave, and the upstairs bed frame had metal legs that we kept tripping over. For the same cost, you could likely stay at a beachfront hotel with more comfortable accommodations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the unbeatable location made it worthwhile.
