Incredible location on Miramar beach 5 houses away from the Rosewood. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery shopping in Montecito. Great parking for a beachfront house and easy check in and check out and communication with great host Gabi. Excellent guest book with easy to follow instructions and great recommendations. Would absolutely book again.

Wonderful house, wonderful location, and wonderful service. Gabi was friendly and communicative throughout the entire experience. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful beach weekend. The house is very well maintained and it seems the host considers every detail down to having beautiful fresh flowers in a vase!

We had a fabulous weekend. The weather was great. The beach house was exactly as described. And the pictures were spot on.Our family celebrated a very special birthday all weekend long.Great memories at one of the most iconic beaches in Montecito.We could not have asked for a better place to be.

July 4th Weekend

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Montecito beach house over the 4th of July weekend. The location couldn’t be better—right on the sand with stunning ocean views and close to the Miramar Hotel and the lower village Montecito shops and restaurants.! The home was thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked,. The outdoor space was perfect and it is where we spent most of the time. Communication with the host, Gabi, was smooth and responsive. Would absolutely stay again!

Ideal stay at the beach!

The house is beautifully redone, well equipped with anything you might need, and the location can't be beat. The ocean is just steps from the door. Look forward to booking it again in a future trip to the area!

Gabi was wonderful—fast to communicate and very accommodating. The location of the house is absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself didn’t feel as luxurious as we expected for the price. The downstairs room felt more like a cave, and the upstairs bed frame had metal legs that we kept tripping over. For the same cost, you could likely stay at a beachfront hotel with more comfortable accommodations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the unbeatable location made it worthwhile.
