This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for comfort, flexibility, and making the most of its incredible location—directly on the sand at one of Montecito’s most coveted beaches.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living area, where the cozy living room features a fireplace, large TV, and stunning unobstructed ocean views. Step through French doors onto the spacious deck, perfectly set up for al fresco dining or lounging with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. Enjoy meals at the table for four, soak up the sun on the chaise loungers, or fire up the BBQa for sunset dinners.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, with a charming dining nook that seats 4-6 guests—ideal for casual breakfasts or intimate dinners with ocean breezes drifting in. Completing the upstairs is a serene bedroom with a king-sized bed and TV, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Accessible via a private exterior staircase, the downstairs level offers a flexible retreat—perfect for families or guests wanting a bit of extra space. Please note: there is no internal staircase. This area includes two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request) and a sofa with a queen pullout bed, creating a versatile sleeping and lounging setup. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large TV makes this an ideal alternative hangout spot after a day at the beach.

Please note that the homes on Miramar beach were built in the 1920s and are all accessed by stairs. They are also close to each other so you will see and hear neighbors.

Miramar Beach houses are special because they are located directly on the sand. That being said, the homes were all built in the early 1900s and are petite in nature. You must be comfortable on stairs, because you must descend a set of stairs to get to the front door (top level of the home). Please note that because the homes are quite close to each other, the deck is close to the neighbor`s deck.

The beach house is positioned right on the sand at Miramar beach in Montecito just doors from the new Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort - close enough to walk to for cocktails or a dinner out, but far enough for privacy and solitude. We are located behind private gates with two dedicated private parking spots.

We are a quick 3 minute drive to Upper Village Montecito for dinner and shopping, or a 3 minute drive to Coast Village Road for more shopping and dining.

Miramar also offers beginner waves at the point should you want to surf during your stay.

The easiest way to get around is by car - whether you bring your own, rent or take ubers.

Biking is a super fun way to get to Coast Village for dining or shopping.

The guest has access to the entire home. This is a private full rental. No one else shares the space.
