Main house: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath
Guest house: 1 bedroom, 1 bath (guest house is attached to the main house)
Sleep 16 in Beds, 18 counting sleeper sofas.

Spacious 5 br/ 3.5 bath house located near Lewis Smith Lake Dam and Duskin Point Marina. Two bedrooms on main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Main living area has an open floor plan with den that leads into the updated kitchen, granite counter tops and Wolf Stove/oven. Breakfast table overlooks the lake. Dining room seats 6, with more seating at the bar (4) and kitchen table (4-6). Large lakeside deck, with plenty of seating, for you to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. The attached Guest house has a kitchen, living area, private BR and bath. It also has a deck that overlooks the lake.

Year-round water. Gentle walk to the water. Swim pier on dock. Boat slip included with rental. Power on the dock.

WiFi internet Spectrum. YouTube TV provided.

Beautiful family weekend

Beautiful place, very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Spacious dock with lots of sitting room for a large family that overlook the gorgeous view of the water. Easy access to the boat dock with a few steps. Great host!

Yearly friends lake trip

There is five couples in our group and we try to get together for a long weekend at the lake once a year. We needed a place that was large enough to accommodate 10 adults at a reasonable rate. This was our place. It is well equipped, conveniently located and large enough for our group, but not too large. We will definitely be back. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t enough bath towels provided. But, this was a small negative compared to everything else that was positive about this place and our stay. The check-in was easy and flawless and the owner was easily contacted.
