This property is packed with five-star amenities, inside and out, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay: Fiber Mesh Wi-Fi, gourmet kitchen, and total peace of mind with a whole-house generator and Level 2 EV Charger.
Comfortably accommodating 8 adults and 2 children across two spacious levels with three full bathrooms.
- Lower Level: The Primary Suite features a King Bed and an en suite bath, plus an adjacent, custom-built Kid's Bunk Room via barn door. A second Queen bedroom is also on this level.
- Upper Level: Find another Queen bedroom and a large living space with a Trundle Bed (two Twin beds)—perfect for an independent retreat.
Water & Outdoor Playground
- The lake is your backyard! Step onto the large, new deck leading directly to your private boat dock. Bring your own toys—we offer one slip and a PWC dock (public launch less than 10 min away!).
- Make a splash with the fun gear we supply: tandem kayaks, paddleboards, Lily Pad, and floats are all included.
- Evenings are magical. Gather around the large, custom fire pit with Adirondack chairs or relax on the screened-in porch which features its own Roku TV. Grill out on the charcoal grill for a perfect lakeside dinner.

When you stay at the Happy Happy Lakehouse, you will feel like you are in your own home. A few steps down, you will be at the expansive dock. Dry off and come enjoy the fire pit or go inside the garage game room.
