This luxury beachfront townhome has four bedrooms and a new bunk room with four bathrooms and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel VIKING appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floors. This three-story Gulf front home, located in the Frangista Beach community, features breathtaking balcony views.

The first floor of this home offers a living area with a wet bar and flat-screen TV, and has a full bathroom for guests making use of the King bedroom. There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. There is a private, jetted splash pool on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf. When you step outside you will find a private walkway to the beach.

The main living and dining areas are located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking professional appliances including a gas cooktop, plus granite countertops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a charming Romeo balcony.

There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony on which to sip your morning coffee, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower that has two large shower heads and a garden tub. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Seaside Treasure is an all-clean bedding participant.

POOL HEATING (Available Oct-May) - The private splash pool (not a hot tub) can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 3-4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off-site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more than 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
