For those cold nights or if you just want to be romantic, build a wood burning fire in the stone fire place. A new mini split (2026) will keep you warm or provide ac to keep you comfortable in any temperature.

This property is 400 square feet in size and perfect for a couple or family with small children. The unit does not have a washer/dryer.

The space is efficient yet elegant and is fully functional with a kitchen, dining area, full bath (with tub) and queen bed and a queen fold out couch with pima cotton sheets. Feel at home with essentials you may have forgotten such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. There is a ring doorbell to the right of the front door.
